About The Music Of Nature

Question: I grew up in nature, on a farm, surrounded by fields and gardens, in a world of sounds. What is the music of nature?
Answer: If a person lives in a place like this, then the music of nature is actually what should fill him and tune him correctly. The music of nature provides the right background for a good and healthy life. Trees, flowers, and the wind are all sounds that are actually vital for a person’s state of balance.
Question: How is the natural world of the sounds of nature around us related to a person’s health?
Answer: It is common knowledge that music can heal, stabilize the heart beat, our inner frequencies, and the inner organs. Everything depends on the sounds that we hear.
People have not yet learned to make proper use of that, but there is a great potential in it. It is a wonderful way to cleanse, correct, and tune a person.
Comment: This is very interesting since I lived in India for a while after my military service, in remote places, far away from any form of civilization, and I felt very healthy, healthier than I ever felt before. When I returned to the ordinary urban environment, I realized to what extent the music of nature had healed me.

Dissemination Makes Us Like The Creator

I hope that through dissemination we will feel a need to adherewith the Creator. The group itself doesn’t have a big enough deficiency for this. If the dissemination will be with a strong enough intensity, in return, this will create pressure on us. We will then need to mature, like a young couple who become parents and begin to take care of a child. They are forced to become more serious, more mature, responsible and independent.
Then you will need to see that in every stage of life it is only a picture and nothing more. It comes from the Creator as a game, and  with the help of the environment, you must position yourself towards it in the right way.
The more you participate in the group, in dissemination, and essentially in the world because you are going to bestow to the whole world, the more and more actively and practically you enter into this game with the Creator. This helps you to participate in it with more understanding and more feeling.
Just as the Creator acts on you, manages you, and plays with you, you act in exactly the same way towards the external community, managing and playing with it. Meanwhile, you still don’t know and don’t feel this yourself, as you have not yet accommodated between you, the community, and the Creator. But this will come.
During the process of work in the community, you will feel that it is very much like what the Creator does with you. In sum, what does Bina do? It takes what is before it, fromKeter to the middle of Bina, and bestows all this to Malchut.
So our dissemination is really the game of life where we learn and transform ourselves in order to become similar to the Creator.

A Correction Agreement

The method of spiritual transformation is given to us when we are undergoing the worst afflictions, when we finally agree to end our horrible mutual relationships and wish to unite.
We agree to change ourselves and we realize that we cannot do it by ourselves, that only the force that created us can operate here and give us birth anew. It turns out that having been corrupted by our own ego, we have to undergo a serious correction.
We agree to that and confirm it, and wish to annul all the repulsion that we feel between us. Of course, we cannot object in the state we are, but at the same time, we don’t want to be merely neutral, but also to participate in the process, although we cannot do so.
Therefore we ask: “Help us agree to participate in the creation, not only in our intention but also in our actions, so that we will totally convert our attributes.” When humanity feels this prayer everyone will feel that this option exists.

Is It Possible To Attain An Objective Picture Of Reality?

Question: We see the changing seasons, day and night, and the changes in life in nature. Is this an objective understanding of time or a totally subjective feeling?
Answer: There is no objective understanding of any kind. If Iperceive something as a spectator, it cannot be objective in any way. Even if someone tells me what he sees, but I am the one who hears what he says, I perceive and feel it in my own way.
There cannot be any form of objectivity. If a person perceives only his own feelings and knows nothing of what is going on other than that, there cannot be any form of objectivity.
This is especially true when it comes to the perception of time, place, and motion, which exist inside a person. A spectator with different senses would feel a totally different world. We know that our senses perceive only a small part of reality.
However, we perceive something that cannot be perceived despite our subjective, individual reality. There is actually a certain range that we don’t perceive even in our subjective perception, but we understand that we cannot perceive it.
We have no idea what else can exist except for that. It is because we cannot rise above our mind and know something that we have never felt. We can feel it only if we change our senses.
But even if we have new senses, who can guarantee that we will perceive an objective picture? After all, it is also depicted only in our feelings.
An objective perception of reality can only be attained when we exit our senses. We don’t need to change them, but simply to rise above them to something that is absolute. In order to do that, we need a special science and this opportunity comes only from thewisdom of Kabbalah.

The World Is Becoming More Interconnected

In the News (from Slon): “The world is becoming more connected – 35% of goods cross borders, compared with 20% in 1990; more than a third of financial investments are international transactions; 20% of the Internet traffic is international; total trade is 36% of the global GDP (but it is still below 52% in the pre-crisis 2007). Russia was ranked 9th out of 131 countries in the ranking of connectedness with the world economy.”
My Comment: All reports show how everything is interconnected, although in fact, our interconnection is much greater because connections between people, cultures, and the mixing of populations are not considered.
Nature programmed further development of humankind in growing unity, and we cannot avoid this program. The more we resist it, the more we will be forced to obey it through more suffering. The laws of nature are inevitable.
In previous stages of development (evolution), nature developed matter from still to vegetative to animate. We also belong to the animate part of nature because we developed unconsciously. But on the next degree of “the speaking human being” (Adam – from the word “domeh,” similar to nature, the Creator), we have to rise consciously, attracting the force of nature on our own accord.
In this way we become equal to it, as partners, rather than those who instinctively follow its orders from within. The wisdom of Kabbalah talks of how to rise to the next stage of development. That is why it was hidden until our time, waiting for the end of our instinctive  (unconscious ) development.

How To Rise At Once With Little Effort

Question: How do you pray through the center of the group if you don’t feel this center?
Answer: Pray as much as you can for the time being. A person is born lacking any understanding, like an animal, three kilos that come out of the mother and begin to develop. Gradually he grows and becomes wiser as he understands and feels more.
Everything always starts from zero. The main thing is the quality and the exertion. “One may acquire his world in an hour.” This means that a person restricts and focuses his small exertion in the right place, and creates a lever. Although he has little power and cannot lift a heavy load, he can lift it if he increases the handle length of the lever.
This means that a wise approach can shorten the time and help one gain power. In the past, loads were lifted onto ships by a system of chains and a pulley block. Many chains had to be pulled, but they were able to lift tons of cargo.
It is the same in the spiritual work. I cannot directly approach Pharaoh and this whole confusion. But I am given a chance to organize a circle of physical bodies in this world, in a state where I am totally detached from spirituality and don’t belong to it. Then I am able to start thinking about physical connections with my corporeal brain, practically from zero, but not yet from a mental or spiritual perspective.
I am given such an opportunity on every level. If I focus on the center of the group, by mutual guarantee, mutual responsibility, care, and support of others, in the connection between us, together with the teacher and the Kabbalah books, I can focus the relatively small effort I can make on one small point and thus break through.
But if I disperse my efforts, it will lead to nothing; the outcome will be a serpent. This small point determines what the outcome will be, whether a serpent or a rod. This point is the focus on the center of the group, where we want to delight the Creator.
Dissemination is based on being one man in one heart. The center of the group is our one common heart. We have to think about this option, about this form. But if I wander in endless directions, nothing will work. I will perform many actions, which will also eventually accumulate, but very slowly. I don’t gain anything and don’t shorten time.
Question: What does our concentration on one action depend on?
Answer: It depends on mutual work, on focusing, and on mutual support when everyone focuses in the heart and mind in our center and in our mutual connection.

Eternal Life Within The Integral Connection – Lesson 1 From Convention In France

We are at the beginning of the way of the correction of human nature and the correction of the world. The method of Abraham teaches that a person must rise above his nature and connect with others in such a form that we create a circle.
Dr. Michael Laitman
If each one were to abandon himself and adhere to the center of our common general connection, with this we would create a unique power, a special additional sense. It is as if we were to wear new glasses that would make it possible to see the world through integral vision that doesn’t belong to me personally.
In normal life we are built in such a way that I see what is useful or harmful to my desire to receive. And what doesn’t affect my ego doesn’t concern it, so I don’t see, don’t feel, and don’t discover this.
Around us there are an entire creation of systems and worlds, but we don’t feel them. Our senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch don’t perceive this reality, because they are found on a completely different level.
But when we connect together, each one with the others, then we acquire the shared integral sense of one for all. This sense is called the Neshama (soul). And then we begin to feel life in another dimension that doesn’t depend upon the body or its life and death.
I acquire an integral sense that is not found in my body; instead, I am found within it! And so it makes no difference if my body lives or dies. Nothing makes a difference to me, for indeed I have risen to another level of existence.
In the beginning we developed on the level of the still, and after that, the level of the vegetative. Then we reached the level of the animate and we are living in that level in the meantime since we receive everything through our bodies. Now we need to rise to the level of the speaking, but we still don’t know what this level is. But to rise to it is possible only on the condition that we all connect and unite. This makes it possible for us to go outside of ourselves and rise above our bodies.
So the wisdom of Kabbalah speaks about our general connection in the central point of our relationship. This is how each one of us acquires the sixth sense.

Requests Are Answered Only Through The Shechina

Question: Who should I ask for support, the Creator or the group?
Answer: First you should ask the group for support. If I turn to the group, I begin to feel the upper force inside it. If I turn directly to the upper force, then it is just my imagination. It is just like the whole world that cries and prays in all languages, in all the religions and faiths, but we see that nothing helps.
I, on the other hand, turn to the force of bestowal, being in the system that aims to complete bestowal. Then I really come closer to the Creator and can be sure that I am asking the force of bestowal and not something else. The group helps me arrange my appeal correctly by organizing and formatting it in the right form and the right direction needed for the revelation of the upper force.
I enter this form, this pattern, that focuses me directly to the Creator. This means that I reach Him through the Shechina (Divinity), through Malchut of Atzilut and this is the only way one can reach Zeir Anpin of Atzilut, which is called “the Holy and blessed,” the Creator. There is no other way I can reach Him.
We see that the whole world reads Psalms and cries and weeps, but life goes on the way it does, unchanged. It is only by performing an action through the center of the group that we can be in the right place.
We are constantly in the system. Our desire has been developing for millions of years on the levels of the still, vegetative, and animate until we reach the form of a human being in this world, and now a desire to ascend above the animate level is finally beginning to awaken in us. The same system is constantly working.

The Vessel Of Intention

Question: What is the difference between bestowing and receiving desires?
Answer: The main difference is the intention. It should always be for the sake of giving. It is the intention that defines which desires are good to use.
First, we restrict our desires, then depending on the strength, magnitude, and type of the intention, we work with the desires.
The Vessel of Intention
The desire (stomach, heart) does not make a decision of whether or not it can be used; rather, it is the intention that makes this decision. Intentions encompass our joint aspiration to bestow as well as our neighbors’ desires. We calculate chances of filling other people’s will to receive. In other words, we use the desires of others to fulfill our neighbors.
The work that precedes the action is called “bonding in thoughts.” Thus, one connects with one’s neighbor in their thoughts. Practical implementation follows.
When we work with AHP’s will to receive, there has to be a bestowing intention above it. However, it is not just about elevating above the desire. We have to turn a desire upside down as if we plow the ground.
We use our will to receive, AHP, and must sense pleasure inside it. We are capable of acting only because of the delight we feel. Let’s say you come to my place and I want to treat you. However, you reject my dishes and take a symbolic treat from the table. I went the extra mile cooking meat and fish for you, but you tried only a small piece of parsley.
In other words, you try the treat I prepared for you, but it has nothing to do with what is called “using the will to receive.” This is how the bestowing desires work: You refrain from your egoistic desire; all you want is to please me. Although, you realize that I will be satisfied only if all of your intentions and desires are aimed solely to make me happy, if you ate meat and fish, you would inevitably sense pleasure for your own sake.
However, there is a technique with the help of which even when you self-indulge you still feel pleasure only because your indulgence is aimed at the host’s benefit and pleasure. As of now, we can’t understand or imagine what’s behind these words. You continue eating, thus showing to the host that you enjoy the meal without any embarrassment or restraint. At the same time, your internal intentions are aimed solely at pleasing the host.
Question: Why can we receive only in the bestowing desires?
Answer: This is because after the first restriction happened, the will to receive stopped being a vessel that receives the Light. The intention for the sake of bestowal becomes the “vessel” since it is the condition that allows us to receive.
In order to enjoy the meal, it is not enough to be hungry. Gradually, we will understand this concept. We come to realization of this fact as a result of the general crisis we are in. All of a sudden we feel that our desires to receive are empty.
The emptiness doesn’t mean that our will to receive is not filled. However, we don’t regard or sense our current state as a fulfillment. What is missing? There is no purpose in our life.

Find A Way To The Person’s Heart

Question: On one hand, nature is not letting us breathe: wars, crises, and disasters. On the other hand, within the world group we cannot come to an agreement about dissemination projects. In addition to this, the number of friends hasn’t increased. Do we have enough time to do anything?
Answer: Our power is not in quantity but in quality. That we are few is not important; that we cannot reach agreement is what has been a big problem.
We don’t even need to think about the number of people: how many come, go, or remain. Our task is not to gather this year, let’s say, a million people around us.
Our task is for our small group to be connected to the Creator, on one hand, and to society, to the world, on the other hand. First of all it must be qualitatively correct, and this is the main thing. Second, our lack of success in attracting people to us doesn’t indicate that they cannot be found in the world. Don’t complain that nobody wants to learn, that nobody wants to advance; people come and go.
It could be that we are guilty of not talking in an interesting and understandable way; we don’t let a person feel that he needs to give and make an investment.
We don’t show him what the benefit and progress is; we don’t explain that the characteristic of bestowal is most useful, most desirable, personally and generally. We devote little attention to working with every friend who comes so that he will understand that for humanity and for him there is no other way.
Also, if we are talking about it, maybe it is with too technical of a language, not being concerned whether it will enter into a person and become his personal knowledge. The problem here is in the group and not in the friends that come and go. If the group complains that many are leaving it, this indicates that it has not found a way to work with people.

Center For Correction Of The World

Question: All world problems are created because of separation among the people of Israel. The Bnei Baruch group is the center for correction of the world. What does the central group lack for connection in Israel itself?
Answer: I don’t think that the problem is only in our group. It cannot be connected and united with the rest of the groups if they don’t help it and begin to be integrated into it. So this is not just about Israel, but about the one common world group.
When we say that in Israel there is a unique atmosphere, we mean that here, in this nation, in this territory, there is an obligation first and foremost to offer people the method of the wisdom of connection. And in this, the central group, whose mission is to serve the people of Israel, is united.
But around it there are other groups that must join us to help us and to push us.
the centre of correction of the world

We need to receive power from each other. But first and foremost, we require the support of the other groups in order to disseminate the wisdom of connection among the people of Israel. And the rest of the groups must be doing this in their own territories.
So the main thing is unity among the people of Israel. If we actualize the idea of unity here, this will spread further and encompass the whole world.
For the inner network of connections between all people in the world are derived from here: The egoistic is derived from Babylon and the altruistic is derived from Israel. This link doesn’t exist now. Our mission is to create it.

The Higher Value Of The Environment

Question: In order to hold the staff in hand and not let it turn into a snake is it necessary to work on our environment constantly?
Answer: That’s right, but it’s necessary to work on the environment not to hold the staff in hand but because I see my future corrected state in it. This means that the environment is not a means, but has value in itself; it is a higher system.
Within the environment the “staff” and the “snake” are revealed, and also the form of theBore (Creator), who is called “Bo-Re” (come and see). In the right connection between the friends, the Upper Light begins to be revealed and shine, and we discover the vessel along with the Light.

A Physical Model Of Spiritual Ascent

If I arrange my physical life, my corporeal framework, according to the spiritual framework, meaning that I serve society, serve the world, am involved with dissemination, and am concerned that I have the support that will awaken me, this is called transforming this world into a model of spiritual ascent. I work only so that I will have the opportunity to learn. I learn only to know what to do, to advance towards the goal. It’s written that I need to be in Arvut, to be in a group by my free choice, so I try to carry this out. It’s necessary to disseminate, so I go and disseminate. In that way I make this world a spiritual framework.

Round-The-Clock Watch On A Ship

Question: Do we speed up time when we read The Book of Zoharwith the right intention?
Answer: We accelerate time the more quickly we clarify theReshimot (spiritual genes): each one his particular Reshimot and the collective Reshimot together. Within all of us there are particularReshimot with whose help the collective Reshimot gets its life. With the Reshimot of the group there is a completely different life in comparison to each particular Reshimo that there is in each one of us.
The Reshimot of the group is called the people of Israel, and the particular Reshimotadapt to the shared condition of each one separately. Our advancement essentially depends upon realizing our collective Reshimot. This is like a ship in which some of the people are going to sleep now, and another part begin their watch.
All of them are in all kinds of different states, but the main thing is that the ship sails ahead because those people who must run it are on duty carrying out their work. The same thing also happens in a group: There are those who must rest, there are those who are even a bit idle, because everyone has their own state. But it’s important that those who are awake now and realizing the Reshimot do it responsibly .
But we need to understand that each one has something to do to realize his part in the work. The collective Reshimot is very important, it’s more important than anything, for the Creator doesn’t take account of each one separately, only with the entire ship, with the complete measure which is called a Minyan.
Less than this is not considered at all. If there is no Minyan, this is a sign of not having attained connection with the others, of not having worked enough. All of the work on the ship is to be in connection all the time, which becomes stronger and stronger, and by this the ship goes forward more and more into the depths of the sea. Some go to sleep and some work, but those who are on duty must be responsible, on guard, and concerned for the entire ship. And the collective Reshimot, which is the center of the group, in the heart of the ship, this is what is accepted, and the higher supervision works on us accordingly.

Letters On Parchment

Question: It annoys me when I hear that it is necessary to overcome my condition and accept it with happiness and gratitude. How is this possible in a state of complete powerlessness?
Answer: The first problem is that a person is stuck to his skin. And the Torah is written on parchment. The skin is divided into two layers and the letters of the Torah are written on the inner layer.
The letters are Kelim (vessels) with which we receive the upper Light. The whole problem is if I am able to differentiate between one skin and another, meaning myself from what I feel. There must be a separation between one and the other. I ask for the Light to come and create a distance, an interval, a range, a division between my “self” and my feelings.
These are two different things. But for a person who is not developed, this becomes a big problem. Many people, like children, get angry at each other, at themselves, and don’t differentiate themselves from their character, their nature. But these are completely different things.
Psychologists differentiate the “self” of a person from his character, from what he is now thinking, in whatever situation he is found. The “self” is a Kli, a machine, a computer, that has its own content, and in a given moment, it can delete all kinds of programs and data and replace them with new ones.
Mature people who have life experience also relate to themselves and to others with forgiveness knowing that everyone has his weaknesses and unpleasant traits. They differentiate the person from his content.
This approach is lacking for people who come to learn the wisdom of Kabbalah. They don’t differentiate themselves, their Kli , from its continuous content. The content may change and I behave and act accordingly. Sometimes I identify myself with this content, with how I was educated, and think that this is me. It follows that the “self” and my ego are inseparable.
But sometimes I get an illumination that helps me differentiate between myself and my ego, my outlook, my perception, my character, and my tastes. I become more objective, both with regard to myself and with the world.
It is necessary to clarify my content with the Light of the Creator and ask for it to be replaced. And then I will not be annoyed when I hear that it is necessary to overcome difficult situations and to try to love the friends. I will look at myself from the side, like an independent expert, and also with what the Torah says. Then I will understand what is filling me at this moment. The Torah will explain to me with what I need to replace my inner contents, to put in a new ink cartridge.

In Spiritual Work There Is No Place For Instincts

Question: How can we keep people in a group?
Answer: I understand that we are going through situations that are difficult, but it is always necessary to burn with the importance of the goal in the group.
This is because we don’t have anything except for the importance of the goal that takes a person out of this world, gives him a feeling of eternity and infinity, helps him to overcome the limitations of death and to truly discover all of nature and the entire system of creation. Without a doubt this takes years, but it is necessary to give a person the importance of what he is involved with and what he should be involved with.
Certainly he will do everything through the egoistic force because connection with others is against his nature. This condition is placed before him and it must be overcome because the importance of the goal must be above all these problems.
For example, we live in this world against our will and we don’t have another way out, even though we often are not happy. But even if troubles are ahead and the world doesn’t serve anything good for us, in any case, on the beastly level an instinctive attraction to existence works in us and protects us.
And within, we need to struggle in order to add a qualitative existence to this beastly existence, meaning a connection with a higher perfect and eternal level, which is the upper world. But we need to develop this within by ourselves, because this is not instinctively implanted in us.
Indeed we struggle with existence on a physical level in our world also, even though if we look objectively, there is no meaning to it. A person is born and over some time, after much effort, suffering, problems, troubles, and illnesses, he dies.
What is he living for? It follows that it is in order to suffer. How many happy moments does he have in life that he can say it was worthwhile living for? Instinct forces him to live a miserable life, while in spiritual work, there is no place for instincts. Therefore, we need to struggle to add an additional part to physical life that will make it truly worthwhile to live.
It is necessary to earn this, for we live in order to add an absolute, perfect, and eternal existence to our beastly existence. But it is necessary to invest in this! And then our physical life will also be justified.

The Unattainable Greatness Of The Upper

Psalm 139: Thou hast hemmed me in behind and before, and laid Thy hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; too high, I cannot attain unto it. Whither shall I go from Thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from Thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, Thou art there; if I make my bed in the nether-world, behold, Thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there would Thy hand lead me, and Thy right hand would hold me.
Only after a person learns about himself does he begin to attain the greatness and the perfection of the upper force. Then he understands how perfect is the concept of theCreator, who is above all of creation.
We attain any attribute of the created being by its opposite. Everything is always established on the basis of opposition, contrast, but the Creator is above all these studies of opposite concepts. He is the absolute perfect goal.
Thus to the extent that son of man is able to study, that a human born to a woman is able to research, to understand what the upper force is, he nevertheless cannot attain it. After all, the created being cannot attain perfection as it is, but only what is opposite to it.
The point where he understands that it is impossible to attain it is where the highest adhesion with the upper one takes place. The upper one remains upper in His attributes and His actions and even without attributes and actions—there where everything disappears in the upper force itself.
When King David, who symbolizes all of Malchut of the world of Atzilut, attains this in hisvessels, he discovers that there is a unique perfection above it that cannot be attained by man. It stems from the attribute of the Creator who doesn’t dress in the created being anymore, but is above him. Then he understands that the concepts of perfection and greatness stem for the impression of the created being and not from the upper one per se.

From the preparation to the Daily Kabbalah Lesson 4/28/14

Under The Protection Of Wings

The Bible, “Psalms,” 61: Hearken, O God, to my request, listen to my prayer. From the end of the earth will I call out to You when my heart becomes faint; on the rock that is higher than I, You lead me. For You were a shelter for me, a tower of strength in the face of the enemy. I shall dwell in Your tent to eternity; I will take shelter in the covert of Your wings forever. For You, God, have hearkened to my vows; You have given the heritage of those who fear Your name. Add days to the days of the king, his years  as every generation…
In these lines, we can see that a person must go through a great deal until he discovers that, on one hand, the Creator is concealed from him, and then He is revealed. On the other hand, He protects him under His wings, under His shield, practically guarding a person, accompanying him and helping him.
It is difficult for a person to connect these two forms of the upper Providence. On one hand, everything comes from the Creator. On the other hand, he must ask the Creator to fix everything, to cover him, to protect him, and to help him, to guard him from the adversaries and the enemies that the upper force Himself arranges and sends a person!
A person is confused and doesn’t know how to integrate all the states together, unless he determines his attitude toward the upper Providence that he perceives in two lines so that he will be able to stabilize himself on the middle line.
When he acquires the two lines and stabilizes them into the middle line, he reaches an understanding and mutual work with the Creator as he feels and understands His friendship, guidance and teaching, which bring him to adhesion.
However, until then, in every generation—which means in every phase along the way—there are states that greatly confuse a person. They show him how many more corrections his vessels require so that they will reveal the uniqueness of the upper Providence on the part of evil that seems that way with regard to his uncorrected attributes and on the part of goodness—which means all the corrected attributes that help him differentiate between the two lines and establish himself by them.

Does A Kabbalist See The World As A More Corrected Place?

Question: Does a Kabbalist see the world in the same way as an ordinary person does, or as a more corrected place?
Answer: On one hand, a Kabbalist sees the world as a more corrected place to the extent that he discovers that the Creator is already dressed in the world, and then he has no claims or complaints. But he also notices places in which the world needs the action of the Creator where the Creator cannot be dressed there since there is no deficiency.
Still, I must say that even a big or a small Kabbalist and even one who has not entered the spiritual world yet and has not revealed the Creator depends on what he is shown. Here a great man doesn’t differ from a small one; the upper force, the force of concealment or revelation, fully dominates everyone.
A great Kabbalist may be given such a concealment that he will fall. Anything can be done with him from Above. The more a person advances, the more he realizes that there is nothing inside him that he can manage by himself and that he can control.
The Creator first gradually reveals his domination of a person this way, so that a person will finally recognize the Creator by feeling that He dresses in him. “Dresses in him” means that He fully controls him.

Naivety Is Not A Flaw

Question: When Abraham disseminated his ideas about unity in ancient Babel, many thought that he was naive, detached from reality, and only very few Babylonians followed him. What should we do today when we hear people say that we are naive and detached from reality?
Answer: I agree with these people. Indeed calling for unity and love seems naive, especially if we look at human history. A mother’s love for a child is more or less understood, but with regard to everything else, we are managed by corporeality and hormones and consider their influence on us as love.
In fact, in our world, love is receiving pleasure. One may love meat, another fish, and a third his or her partner. These are all pleasures.
Therefore, those who don’t believe in love are right to a certain extent. From their point of view we speak about something that is abstract, about a form of love that simply doesn’t exist in our world.
After all, love is when I annul my desire before the desire of another, do what is good for him, and enjoy it. I have no contact with him: He isn’t close to me, but a total stranger.
Where can we find such things? After all, it is against nature. This means that my message is naive and detached from reality.
Question: So what should I do? Abraham didn’t give up. He did a thorough job until he gathered around him people who thought like him. How did he relate to those who claimed that he was naive?
Answer: We are speaking about a unified system. And consequently with those who consider you naive, you work with them as being in an outer circle. For now you collect those who are close to you and who wish to be with you.
In addition, you have the group and you work on its connection so that it will be as close to the Creator in its attributes as possible. In this manner, the Light that Reforms will be revealed among the friends so that thanks to it,  they will receive the Creator’s form, meaning that their desires, their vessels, will connect in mutual bestowal.
When the Light illuminates among the friends, it will also pour unto the others. After all, we are connected and even those who think less of you because you are naive are still connected to you. Even if the communication channels between you are inactive as yet, the upper Light will flow in them and even a negative connection that is revealed at the beginning will be a basis for what follows. Then you will suddenly discover that those who oppose you are already willing to converse with you.
Question: Where will I find the power not to give up and to continue to disseminate?
Answer: From the group. The group where everyone hears complaints about his naivety receives powers from me. This is the way the world is arranged, and there is nothing we can do about it. This is our work, our destiny, and we must understand that every penny adds up to a big account.
The Light is here and it is pressuring us. We have to try to draw it.

Sink Into A Cloud Of Happiness

Question: Does a desire for spirituality have to awaken in all people?
Answer: A desire for spirituality will be awakened later, meanwhile people simply want fulfillment: a feeling of  completeness in life, the power of vitality, joy, and inspiration. But they don’t have it. Nothing brings satisfaction any more: neither shopping nor children, neither career nor music, culture, or even soccer.
Up until today, sports were a very big part of fulfillment. All television channels show either sports or food. Yet this will also stop satisfying people. A new level will arrive, and attempts to awaken in people an interest in sports won’t help any more.
Only then can we supply the remedy to humanity. By connecting with our help, people will receive spiritual fulfillment through us, even without being aware of its upper source. Happiness will reach them from the upper Light, yet they will not feel the Light, but simply pleasure. And they will continue to work further on their connection for this and will connect to us even more tightly.
And we will work for them. They will require us to carry out this work for people, through whose help we will rise. After that, they will also discover that lying within the connection is a unique upper force concealed in nature. This collective power of bestowal holds the entire creation and fills the universe like some kind of dark grey matter.
These things are fairly reasonable. Scientists are already saying that the universe contains a concealed force of nature, which we still are unable to perceive, much like dark matter.
This is the source of our life from which we receive the vital force. And so it’s worthwhile to know how to approach it and to improve our lives. It’s up to us to reach real contact with this matter, so much so that we can sink into it, enter into this cloud, and remain in it. This is the best thing that could happen to us! This is what the wisdom of Kabbalah, the method of receiving perfect fulfillment, teaches us.

Dormant Seeds

Question: Without dissemination, we cannot build our spiritual Kliand connect. So, how will the people to whom we are disseminating this method connect? Must they also disseminate?
Answer: The general public does not have the beginning evil inclination as we do. Their ego is simpler.
The evil inclination is discovered when I try to connect with someone to discover theCreator between us to give Him contentment. Then, nature is spiritually opposed, and in this case, it is called the evil inclination. About this, it is written, “I created the evil inclination” (Talmud Babyli Kiddushin 30b).
This evil inclination doesn’t exist for all of the rest of creation. There is no shattered power of Bina in it. So, people are ready to connect to make life easy for each other out of necessity, as it was in the kibbutzes in Israel or during war. They will be able to connect enough so that we can convey the Light that Reforms to them.
The Light will affect them only with a positive, vital force. It will not give them the left line. Rather, it only will give connection. However, we receive a very great left line from them, like parents who fight and argue over concern for an infant.
Question: So, what is the difference between the physical people of Israel and the nations of the world?
Answer: Among the physical people of Israel, there are spiritual Reshimot (reminiscences), for they were once on a spiritual level. However, these are quiet, dormant Reshimot, and we can awaken them through our fuel, attach them to us, give them a transfusion, and inject a vital elixir into each of them. We can be concerned about them all the time, take care of them, and then they will connect and join us.
However, when they join, they will begin to receive a very great appreciation and understanding of connection through us. The quiet Reshimot will begin to be awakened, like seeds that I could have in a barn for years and I now moisten them with water or plant them in the ground, and they begin to revive with the help of new environmental conditions.

A Unique Point For A Breakthrough

Baal HaSulam, “Shamati #59,” “About the Rod and the Serpent”:The reason is, as we have said, that He has placed His Shechinaon trees and rocks. Hence, if one throws the discernment of the rod to the ground, and raises oneself to work with a higher attribute, this is already a serpent. There is no middle; it is either a serpent, or Kedusha, since all the Torah and the work that one had from the discernment of a rod, all has now entered the discernment of serpent.
It turns out that if I demand a reward for my actions and say that I cannot advance if I don’t see why and how, it’s better to lie down and do nothing and wait until I am given an awakening from Above, the energy to see that it’s worthwhile to work. If something illuminates in front of me, I agree to advance, but if nothing illuminates for me, if nothing attracts me, how can I advance? If the Creator has created me this way, then He should do something and until then I will lie. This means that I don’t precede His help with a prayer from a point where I can ignore the lack of attraction and actually feel glad that I have an opportunity to remain without egoistic fuel, and to ask the Creator to help me advance with altruistic fuel.
A state that seems like a descent to us is actually a very special place from which we can determine our step into spirituality. I don’t know how to do it; my body is dead, and I cannot do anything, and feel that I am in total darkness, but it’s actually from this state that I have to wake up to bestowal.
I need an infusion and fuel. I cannot find the fuel to advance inside me, but I can ask for fuel that is not egoistic so that the attribute of bestowal will pull me and that I will see myself in others, act in them and rejoice at their success.
This is how we should relate to the states of descent. Then we will see them as a special, wonderful opportunity to ascend to the spiritual level, which means to bestowal. Then, instead of cursing ourselves and the whole world in such moments, we will bless them.

A Power That Flows From The Center Of The Group

Question: Why does shared involvement with the method of the wisdom of connection awaken internal strength?
Answer: If you awaken at least a little connection between you, then an illumination of the Upper Force appears in it immediately. You discover an amazing power that breaks out from inside, encloses you within its envelope. And nothing scares you; it’s as if you are in a cocoon.
This is what comes from the center of the group. You begin to feel that you are like small seeds within a fruit, connected within a surrounding soft pulp that nourishes them. That is, the love of the Creator encompasses you and you feel it. But this is only in the center of a serious group.
I wish that you will create a center of the group like this, both regionally and globally, and feel within it the softness and blessing of the fruit, the feeling that apparently a soft and warm mist surrounds you. Together with this, a person enters into a completely new dimension, acquires a sense of immortality.
