Spiritual Calculations In Real Time


Question: If we compare our efforts with a race that is one hundred miles long, we won’t see any traces of our getting to the end of the road until we reach the finish line. Why?
Answer: It is said: “There is no shortage in spirituality.” As an example, let’s use the wave-particle duality theory of this world. There exist types of energy levels, for example: In order to generate a laser beam the energy has to be raised to a certain level and then the process immediately takes on the “explosive” character.
Everything has a preset measurement. This fact derives from the four phases of the Direct Light. Nothing can be measured with great precision if the measurements are in a hundred percent linear mode. In fact, we always are measuring the gap between certain values, thus creating a discrete, intermittent “digital” picture of the world.
That’s why during the “race,” we observe “sudden” leaps from one checkpoint to another instead of viewing smooth, gradual changes. This is how we are constructed: Our perception in both this world and in spirituality bears a “step-by-step” character.
While exploring nature, we come to understand that it is way beyond us. So, there is no need “to place claims” to the universe? It won’t help. On the contrary, we have to study its laws and use them.
Today, you are indignant only because the Creator plays games with you. He deliberately gives you valid reasons to get upset with Him so that eventually we will understand that we are still little babies.
Question: And yet, it is said that “many pennies accumulate to a great sum.” At least show this to me…
Answer: If you saw how pennies accumulate in a piggy bank, then you would become more patient and wouldn’t rush ahead since you would know that your days do not pass in vain. This is bad for you.
On the contrary, when you feel that your time disappears through your fingers and that you see no results ahead, that is the salvation, the gift, without which you would not aspire forward.

When Does Salvation Come?


Question: In one of the posts in your blog it said: “After people are in complete despair over all that they have attempted, we can let them know that we have a method which will give them health, control, respect, money, and so forth. They will have all that they require in this world, a Garden of Eden on Earth, but to do this they must connect.”
How can we explain this if, in spite of all our efforts to connect, we still don’t have anything?
Answer: A person can never carry out any spiritual action if he is not “in complete despair about his own deeds” and doesn’t scream to the Creator when he is found on the last level and with a little more, he will fall from there into an abyss. Only then does salvation come from the Creator. Otherwise he doesn’t have a “Kli” (vessel) that is ready.
How can we achieve this in this world? If we don’t do anything, then the Creator will send us blows, the Light will shine on us all the time and we will feel ourselves more and more to be opposite to Him and this is to say, in states that are worse and worse. This is the path of suffering. As long as we have not reached a terminal state of death from this way, we cannot deviate from it. But we can reach a state of need for receiving help from the Creator consciously, without reaching a state of powerlessness. How do we reach this consciously? This would be when I feel myself to be the opposite of the Light.
Everything depends on the conditions in which the person is found. Suppose that I was born in a poor village in Africa and I get a half a cup of rice and a hundred grams of bread per day. Suddenly a group arrives from the United Nations and begins to distribute a kilogram of bread and a bottle of milk to everyone, saying that if the children behave well, then they will give them food. And whoever eats well will also see a movie. This is to say, a completely different world is revealed, completely different conditions.
Can I attain conditions like these? When I was living in a village in Africa a kilogram of bread per day seemed like the Garden of Eden to me. But if I were to find myself in some advanced nation, then if the day doesn’t end with a visit to a restaurant with friends, this is a wasted day. I get even more depressed than during the time that I only got a kilogram of bread per day in the African village.
This is to say, everything depends on the conditions in which the person is found. Therefore there is no absolute meaning of sufferings.
I am an ordinary person, okay. Suddenly I win a million dollars in the lottery. I check the numbers ten times, everything is in order, everything is according to what is in the newspaper. I “sprout wings.” At the end of the week they present the prizes, I get there and they inform me that there was a mistake in the newspaper. What can I do? I am found in absolute despair, but it is artificial, for I didn’t have anything before. The despair appeared as a result of the thought that I won the lottery but it was explained that this was a mistake.
This is to say, we can bring ourselves to a state like this artificially, when I will be immensely depressed because I yearned very much to attain the Upper Light and I don’t have it. How can I do this? With the help of the environment. With the help of the friends I can hasten myself so much that I scream that I want this now and immediately! And together with this I attain a clear awareness that I didn’t get anything except “a punch in the mouth.”
It is up to us to do this to ourselves. This is not easy. Certainly we need to make ourselves a little childish like this, but then we will come to a state of a great desire and correspondingly with a state of immense despair about our “own powers,” and I will demand from the Creator that here He must help me! He has no choice, for I am demanding it! It is up to us to make ourselves really and truly want and despair. And then everything will succeed.

The “Good Signs” On The Way


A person cannot trust and rely on himself before the final correction. He must constantly be under the influence of higher vessels, desires, and simply explore them degree by degree, cleaving to them without counting on his own “reserve.”
We advance only by faith above reason, that is, only at the level of adhesion to a higher degree. Only from there can you draw and bring correct answers and correct signs to the current state. The principle of “be guided only by what you see” refers to corrupt desires, but to stay on the course, I have to “cling” to a higher degree by faith above reason.
Everyone can find “signs” proving he is right. But this is prohibited. The mind does not work here and I will not involve it. Even Kabbalists’ explanations are intended only to bring us closer together with spiritual concepts, to add knowledge, genuine support, this confirmation can only be found in the Upper One when I cancel my understanding and equip myself with His mind.

Where Does Time Elapse?


Question: Some subcultures lead a semi-vegetative style of life. They live in huts on the coast of the Indian Ocean and stick to a “natural way of life.” For them, the speed of time is significantly slower…
Answer: It’s possible to stop sensing time by descending to an animate level. Animals instinctively feel when to eat, sleep, or multiply. It’s possible to arrange life similar to the what they have in the south of India or in Africa and live without any problems.
Question: Can a person learn how to internally control this process without moving to India: How can we accelerate or contract time, slow it down or speed it up?
Answer: I think that first of all people have to understand what they live for and acknowledge that they are given a chance to attain the next level. At this time humanity is approaching a state where we can transition from the animate level to the level of “man.”
“Man” (Adam) is a state of elevating beyond our body and attaining such a level of civilization, such a developmental stage, at which we can afford not to care about our material existence any more. Practically, there is no problem in providing everybody with everything they need. Our material desires become quite unsubstantial and are limited to satisfying our basic needs. We don’t need more than that. All our desires are still at an animate level and are limited to the viability of our body.
The rest of our desires are gradually rising to the level that we want to attain, to a different state, to a new virtual reality that is currently beyond us. Why do we exist? Where are we going? What is the meaning of life? What is the system of the upper governance…?
In other words, we want to attain the divine level (although it’s not associated with religions in any way). Going to a new level of existence, this is what contemporary humanity aspires to; this is the direction our civilization is heading. The question is whether we can do it or not. We are facing a twofold possibility; we are at a crossroads.
If we continue our development correctly, in ten, twenty, or thirty years from now we will come to a state when we will be totally covered by robotics and practically no human physical labor will be needed. Only a small percentage of Earth’s population will participate in manufacturing and technologies.
People will be replaced by robots, 3D printers, etc. No one will have to take care of themselves physically. That’s why people will be able to correctly organize their time since they will have many extra hours on their hands. Life expectancy will double; similarly, our contemporaries now live twice as long than those who were born at the time of Pushkin.
Besides, people will learn to fill their lives. Gradually, over the course of time, people will transition to the next dimension that is called “Man” (Adam). We have already reached a transitional period of our development. I think we’ll approach this state within the next several decades.
Question: At the level of Adam, does time disappear or does it only dramatically accelerate?
Answer: In essence, it’s the same thing. In any case, time either slows down until it stops, or speeds up until it disappears.

Construction On The Ruin Of Doubts


From an article by Rabash, “Destruction by Old Men Is Construction”: “‘Destruction by old men is construction; construction by young men is destruction’ (Megillah 31b). Old men are those who are regular in service to the Creator. Young men are those at the beginning of their work. Destruction is what descent or fall is called. That previously they had some kind of ascent in the work, which was considered to be constructive, meaning that they thought these were ascents. But the destruction at the time that they felt some kind of fall, which comes from the concealment of the Creator, that is to say that the Creator conceals Himself from them, this is called destruction.
The destruction of the old men, when they say that the Creator sent the concealment to them, it is found that they are already found in construction, being that the Creator is taking care of them; and from this they receive vitality. And the essence of faith is revealed at the time of descent; this is to say at the time that He doesn’t enlighten a person, for then he is standing before the dilemmas. Either he will say, “I don’t need any benefit, rather I want to give satisfaction above, and it is not important to me what I feel, or God forbid, the opposite.”
“Construction by old men is construction.” If the “concealment,” rubble, comes to old men, then upon it they build a new level, from experience. An old man is a sage who acquires the way of Torah.
And the young men (the youths) who don’t have experience in the work, even when they merit construction, ascent, they cannot build anything, and with these ascents in the meantime, they build contradictions, ruins, descents, disappointments, until the Upper Light influences them and transforms them into old men, and then they “restore” all the rubble and the contradictions that they built in the process of building from above; this is to say, they raise the shattered “Reshimot” and correct them. And in this way they begin to build upon the rubble. And all this is thanks to their faith. The “Light of faith” is what the Upper Light is called, the Light of bestowal that illuminates the person and makes it possible for him to pass from “destruction” to “construction.”
The rubble, the “contradictions” (conflicts) are the difficult thoughts and doubts that dominate a person and conceal the unity of supervision from him. From our experience it is known that if the person continues to be stubborn, then the Upper Light acts on him gradually and “One penny and another penny accumulate into a large sum.” And so ultimately he reaches a state that through discernment of the conflicts, from the descents and the disappointments, he begins to ascend.
Otherwise we cannot ascend, rather only through feeling the exile, the lowness, in other words, through feeling the shattering, feeling the crisis. Only from this state do all the creatures begin the way of their ascent.

The Man Who Opened The Path To Liberation


Recently, we marked the remembrance day of Baal HaSulam, our great teacher, who in our days brought Light from Above to the entire humanity. He revealed the wisdom of Kabbalah to our generation so we could use it and with its help rise from the animate to the human degree, to know how to perform all the actions and achieve the opening of our eyes. This is the only way, without knowing it, we can see where we actually are.
Baal HaSulam was such a great man that we are not even able to properly appreciate and thank him for what he did. We are indebted to him for our spiritual life to the same extent as we are indebted to the mother and father for the life of the animal body. Only it’s not the material life but spiritual life in which we reach eternity and perfection, the upper worlds, the state which we now cannot even imagine right.
Baal HaSulam worked very hard for this. He wrote for so long, working dozens of hours without breaks that his hands went numb, and it was necessary to unclench his fingers to release a pen from them. He gave himself a break for 2.5 to 3 hours of sleep a night and half an hour in the afternoon in order to stay focused, and the rest of time he worked. It was like this throughout his life.
During the war, he was willing to sacrifice all his attainment and asked the Creator to lower him from his spiritual degree only to be able to somehow help unfortunate people suffering in this world and not even realizing for what. And the Creator heard his request and helped him do it. Even Moses could not get that from the Creator when he asked Him to make him responsible for his people and divert punishment from them.
Baal HaSulam was at such a high degree that the Creator told him, “I have no one closer than you out of all humanity.” He was a true giant. Let’s hope that we will be able to appreciate his height, his value. On one hand, he was connected with the Creator, and on the other hand, he could go down to each person to feel in what form he needed to convey explanations to him. He was able to write so delicately, so as not to offend any religious or secular and bring them closer together as much as possible.
His legacy was passed into our hands. We got all these tools through Rabash who adapted this method for realization in the group. Throughout the years of study and work, we began to understand what is written in these works, to implement it, to bring closer all other groups, and by this increasingly appreciate the tremendous contribution made by Baal HaSulam. He was the first of the Kabbalists who revealed the stage of liberation.

To Mobilize As A “Special Unit”


Question: I am responsible for a “special unit” for dissemination in Russian. From the start, we chose a number of people for this with the ability to express themselves nicely and with characteristics required for dissemination.
Ultimately the unit reorganized. It turned out that the greatest success rates were by people who never opened their mouths. Some kind of miracle happened.
Answer: Quite right. The ability to express the material nicely doesn’t indicate anything. Sometimes it happens that quiet and humble people, who don’t even know how to enter into connection with others, go out to disseminate and are very successful. It’s really amazing that it’s specifically through them that the Upper Light passes and not through someone who knows how to speak well.
Therefore, all members of the group need to engage in dissemination, otherwise this will not be a group, because only through dissemination is it possible to reach connection between us. This is a completely new method of connection that appears as a result of the need for connection so we will have the power to persuade and correct the external world. What Do Women Need Connection For?


Question: For spirituality, the men are responsible for connection and I can simply work with dissemination without wasting time on corresponding with the groups of ten. I have not succeeded in finding a reason why women need to be connected between them apart from the men. And in addition to that, it’s very difficult to find the time for it.
Answer: This is right, but from where will a woman find words and power to convince others if she doesn’t participate in connection? The vast majority of women listen to all our classes, the program “A New Life,” participate in workshops, and read the blog regularly. I cannot imagine what would happen if a woman didn’t participate in all of these things.
If there wouldn’t be all of this, how would she go out to the public, how would she tell people what to do, and with what would she go out to them? All this needs to live in her and she needs to enter into all of it. After all, when women act, they truly do it from the heart.
Besides this, they have greater ability to convince others than men do. If the woman goes out to disseminate together with a man, then she does the main part of the work of disclosing and the explaining to the masses. Before women all the doors are opened, they are accepted better because they are softer. All this must be taken into account. After all, this is based on the works of nature.

The Channel That Conveys The Light


Question: With us in the World Kli, the entire group is united with its own uniqueness. On what internal and external level must the group be in order to go out to disseminate with the right intention and action? For if the group is not prepared and not connected enough, then it’s liable to cause harm to the action. As it is said, “It is preferable to sit and do nothing.” How is it possible to examine the amount of readiness of the group to go out to the wider public?
Answer: If the group is connected, then you will feel that you can do everything. TheCreator doesn’t put any difficult problems before you. None whatsoever!
If I am connected with the group into a single whole body, then together, I and the group are filled with the upper force and in this case the Creator is found within us. And then I can be sure that I am conveying the higher power to the 99% of humanity and there is no problem with them. They will really begin to “unfold” in front of me; they will smile at me in response. I will not see anything else besides smiles. I assure you! They will listen to you very willingly.
The Channel That Conveys The Light
The Light does everything. It builds, realizes, and molds. And you only need to open a passage for it through you. Nothing more than this is needed!
Therefore, all the claims that you don’t understand, don’t know enough, and are not organized enough, all these are nonsense! It’s up to you to make yourselves into a “pipe,” so that the Upper Light will pass through you to all the rest. And then you will immediately feel a good relationship and good will from their side.

Discovery Of Evil – No Reason To Lament


Question: It is written that prayer is said to begin with gratitude. Is there any gratitude in the prayers of Yom Kippur (the Day of Atonement)?
Answer: First of all, the prayers on Yom Kippur are linked to the prayers of Rosh Hashanah that are designed to exalt “crown” of the Creator as king of the world. With this we elevate the goal, bestowal, love, it is a great attribute that we must attain. It manages the entire world, dwells everywhere, and controls everything.
The Creator means the characteristic of bestowal and love. He has no other image so He is clothed in the Kelim, and so we get to know Him, get to know the force that acts in creation. We respect, appreciate, and exalt this property above all.
This is the meaning of Rosh Hashanah; we celebrate the “head” (Rosh in Hebrew), which is the characteristic of bestowal. It is the most important, runs everything, attracts us, and we want to reach it, to be like it, and to be integrated within it.
Whereas Yom Kippur shows us how we are still far from this. We examine, discover, the defects and see that in the meantime we lack corrections so that we will acquire the characteristic of complete and full bestowal. We regret this when we uncover and prepare our flaws for work.
After that come the days of correction and on Purim we finish it.
Question: This is saying that on Yom Kippur there is only regret that we are not yet corrected?
Answer: And this is a great joy. In fact, I am not sorry but joyful. The shattered Kelim are revealed to me and now I can fix them. That’s right: My regret, the repentance, and the “forgiveness” are linked to joy, since I have finally discovered the evil in me and now am totally trembling with desire to correct it. I am happy that I have discovered this and I am grateful for this.
Try to read the prayers on Yom Kippur with happiness instead of crying and you will discover something completely different in this.
How is it possible to cry when we are found next to the Creator? You see that now if you are sorry, you are attesting that the Creator is the one who caused the sorrow, and this means even that the Creator is not the Good Who does good? In fact, there is no such thing. The Creator reveals the shattering to you so that you will be happy and will correct the flaw. With this you will be able to resemble Him yourself. And on the contrary, if He had created you like Him without your independent participation you would simply be “stuck” to Him like duct tape.
But no, He now gives you the opportunity to identify the differences, prepares the state for you that seemingly says, “In these characteristics you are different from Me. Carry out the work and you will be like Me.” How could it be that you would cry; for He has related to you this way and has given you the opportunity to be like Him?
On the contrary, you are happy: “Indeed, we have erred and betrayed. Indeed, I am guilty, I am a thief, I am a liar…”, and you have pleasure from what you have discovered. You are happy that He created you opposite Him and that this opposition shows you how it is possible to be like Him and to merit adhesion.
This says: “To serve the Creator” is the work of the Creator. So how is this linked to crying? You see with this you bring Him contentment. You are thankful that He is the one who has placed everything in front of you and you are grateful that He created you the opposite.
Essentially, it is as if you are “kissing the stick”, the whip that strikes you; and in this way you neutralize the evil inclination. Now it is no longer bad, since thanks to your change in attitude, it becomes good.
Question: This is to say, we are happy that we discover that we are opposite the Creator?
Answer: No, we are happy because by means of this He gives us the opportunity to be equivalent to Him. I thank Him for the preparation that I have done, for His mercy towards me both in the past and in the future. All that He does, including the shattering and the terrible disasters through which we have passed, the essence of all this is complete kindness. This is exactly what we discover. Everything depends on my outlook on life; that is precisely what we must change.

The Basis Of The Spiritual Advancement


Question: It has become clear that dissemination is an irreplaceable element of our spiritual advancement. How can we strengthen ourselves in it?
Answer: Dissemination is not simply an element but the foundation of our spiritual advancement.
In order to strengthen ourselves in it everything should be directed toward it. It is necessary to talk, discuss, take our example, and come to conventions. In general, we have to do everything possible. Otherwise there will be no advancement.
This is the way your egoism works on you. It wishes to mislead you: “There is nothing bad, sit in your office in front of the computer, study by yourself or with your friends. Everything is nice, that’s the way it should be.” This is completely wrong! Nothing will happen. This is the way you are thrown back.

Is Our Method Good For People?


Question: You keep speaking about the importance of dissemination. What can we do if we are not certain that our method is right and that it’s good for people? For example I don’t want people to go through everything I have been through along the spiritual path. How can I disseminate whole-heartedly?
Answer: The people we disseminate to will not go through the same path since they don’t have a double nature: the coexistence of the spiritual embryo, the point in the heart, and the ego. They will not go through all the twists and turns, the problems and the searching, that we have been through. They have a simple unfulfilled ego and we have to explain to them how they can satisfy it. That’s all. We simply bring them a remedy and they only have to take it. The remedy is called unity. So let’s unite and solve our common problems and then everything will be good and simple.
“How can it be good and simple? We know what it was like living in the communist Soviet Union.” Here you explain to them that it’s a different kind of unity, of their own free will, when by uniting according to a special method, we begin to feel the force of unity that is above us, since this kind of unity is the next phase, our next level, when we become one unique whole that resembles nature.
We begin to feel nature to the extent that we resemble it and this force will help us solve all our problems, let’s try. After half an hour you will feel elated and impressed and will also feel the reviving force in the proper connection between us. Thus, they don’t feel demoralized and they don’t go through the same painful phases that you go through. You could also go through them differently if you fulfilled the options that you have.
You are not certain and not confident that our path is the right path since you don’t know it. I want you to know this as clearly as possible. You have to clarify it thoroughly and then decide if you are certain and confident or not. Now you should feel uncertain about what you know and not uncertain about the actual path. This is why you should study.

The Eternal Phase Of Dissemination


Question: When the dissemination phase passes, will you once again start to talk about unity?
Answer: The dissemination phase cannot end. Baal HaSulam writes: “I am glad that I have been born in such a generation when it is permitted to disclose the wisdom of truth.”
The wisdom of Kabbalah is the revelation of the Creator to the created beings in our world and not revelation only to those who are now sitting in front of me. Revelation to us is the realization of the Creator’s plan in our world because we are just His guides, mediators, an artificial element. Therefore, the revelation by us is not Kabbalah, but only a prerequisite.
When we are talking about the revelation of the Creator in our world, it means His explicit revelation to the 99% of humanity. This is called Kabbalah! The desires of the entire 99 % are your soul, your Kli, your vessel. Thus, you begin to attain the Creator!
But today, when you are doing it within yourself, sitting in a closed room, you just prepare yourself for realization, but you won’t reveal the Creator this way. Our task is to take the desire of the masses, raise them to the Creator, and ask them to be fulfilled. Then the Upper Light will not pass you by, but will pass through you to the masses in order to reveal itself in the form in which they wish to do so. And then you begin to reveal the Creator.
But the Creator will not be revealed to the masses, they will just feel that they feel well due to unity and will advance further and further. Gradually, within the feeling of the usefulness of unity, they will start changing their attitude toward it: “Unity breathes life into us, helps us, and gives the opportunity to better organize ourselves and our families. Unity is great.”
They will begin to admire unity itself, to respect it and the force that is manifested in it, not the result, that is, not the fact that I have recovered but the means by which I have recovered, through unity and with the use of this force that is revealed in it. I now respect this force, I love it, I seek it.
Thus, longing for the force of unity emerges, that is, the point in the heart! After all, I felt good with it. And now I want to identify with it because it brings me good. Let it be egoistical (and in us, in the beginning it happens the same way), but I am already connected with this force and seek it further. And it’s already starting to affect me differently and transform me into an altruist. This is how it works.
But the masses are one degree below ours, so they start with a simple selfish Kli, vessel, in which later the point in the heart appears. And we start with the point in the heart and a simple egoistic Kli, vessel. The lower level, the people who are below us, are as such so that we have to process it through ourselves, and only then we will rise. This special condition is given to us!

Not Personal Shortcomings But Material For Work


We advance only because of falls, crashes, disappointments, and the revelation of unpleasant states that are experienced in our desire to enjoy. First, we believe that all these troubles give us various strengths in this world, then we attribute them to the Creator.
It all depends at what degree a person is, in what disclosure. Perhaps, he has found himself in such concealment that he has completely lost sensation of the Creator and blames the world thinking that it is people who have caused him different problems, both internal and external. All problems are shown on the background of the material world, that is, affecting his needs for food, sex, family, money, power, and knowledge.
A person rises after that. If he is connected with a group, then he can rise by the path of Light, and if he is not able to become included into it, then at least he does so through mechanical participation in the studies, in all sorts of actions. He gets new blows to his ambition and starts to link them with his attitude, to blame himself. First, he accused only others and saw them as the cause of his state. But if he advances, he also begins to blame himself, attributing to himself what has happened.
He beats himself up, experiencing a lot of stress, and this state may take a very long time. Everything depends on a person’s inclusion in the environment. If he is not included in the group enough, then he can experience different conflicts in it and not learn from them. If he manages to achieve a strong connection with the group, he gets the Light that Reforms through it and begins to attribute all the actions to the Creator. The approaching Light gives him this feeling.
Then he sees that all of these misunderstandings, problems, and obstacles have been the revelation of his internal properties. The culprit was not the cruel world and not even his bad nature but just desires that need to be corrected. There is no need to apply them to oneself. They really belong to him, but they are given to him to work on them.
It is desirable to realize that the evil that is revealed to us does not apply to our personal account but is given to us just for correction, as working material. And if we do not want to accept this evil and breaking and strive to unite with Israel and the Creator that are one, then we begin to demand and ask for help to rise out of these states. So we raise all our shortcomings upwards  with the help of the screen and the Reflected Light, which can be clothed in the Direct Light.
All the way from this world to the world of infinity, we will constantly disclose the breaking and the evil. Our goal is to turn this evil into the tools for the revelation of the Light through our work. We have to add our correct attitude, our efforts, to these shortcomings, which are exposed by the Light, and then we will reveal goodness inside them.

To Live And Not Merely Exist


Question: We know that now all of our efforts are in dissemination to the 99% of humanity. Are there some stages, levels that exist in the development of this process? What do we need to be prepared for?
Answer: Beginning from this moment in history that is revealed to us and onward, everything is determined only to the degree of our dissemination to all of humanity. The fate of the world, all the good and bad that will be with us, depends only on the formation of our link with all of humanity and the dissemination of the Creator, the higher force, within it. Not openly, but to the degree that we want the 99% of the public to understand. Everything depends only on this!
Therefore get rid of all the totally unnecessary things. What will go to the 99% is good. What does not go to them, this is bad. According to this you will change the structure of your groups, change your events and activities. Everything needs to be based only on the integral education of the public because in our world and in the spiritual world everything depends only on this.
Everything is leading to this, that the two worlds will be united. And this is what we need to do. The final goal is revelation of the Creator in the 99%, in the masses. If every action, every breath, is turned towards this, then you live. And if not, then you just exist. So decide what to do next.

Procrastination Is Like Death


The problem is that we agree to remain in the current state as it is. We think that due to this we are becoming smarter, but this is the effect of the egoistic forces (Klipot) of this world. Indeed, in our world, the longer I stay in one place, live there, observe different phenomena, the more experience I gain. And there is none wiser than the experienced.
It turns out that I ought to be in the same stage as long as possible, and thus I will “grow older” there, that is, will gain wisdom (Hochma). This is what we see in our world concerning our experience. And so we resist any change. It seems to us that there is nothing wrong if one state will continue day after day.
But we need to have faith above reason, understanding that each degree is possible only from a higher degree. Everything received by us at the present stage comes from the next one above it. This is the source of all our actions, decisions, conclusions, and strength. The head is at the top and, below it, we have just its consequence, that is, the body. We will never learn anything from these consequences and will not know the real cause of what is happening.
We will only see how one is related to another, but why? This reason will always be false. We will replace the knowledge of the true root with a link between its consequences. And they do exist. But the origin of all that has happened through this chain of events is only at the highest degree, it’s always at the top.
This is a completely different understanding like that of a young child and of an adult beside him. The child knows his toys and knows how to play with them better than adults do. But the mind, hidden in these games, concerned with how to build with them and teach the child in order to advance his development is all done by the adult. A child would have remained at the same level if he hadn’t been given new toys and put in a more developed environment.
Therefore, we must understand that our willingness to remain in the existing condition is an egoistic Klipa. The group and the teacher must put pressure on everyone and move him toward the goal, not agreeing that people get stuck in one position for many years. Being frozen in one state is religion (Daat). And an ascent every time above knowledge (Daat) towards faith, bestowal, requires work. A person has to be awakened to it because our egoism does not allow us to move and hangs onto our feet.
Usually, the ego holds us by the feet and coaxes: “Stay here and everything will be fine.” Why bother if it all depends on the Creator and comes from Him, because it’s said that “it is better to sit and do nothing”? A person immediately finds a lot of quotes to justify his laziness and ceases to advance.
It turns out that he is already dead. This is because spiritual advancement is calculated by the states (even momentary) during which the person tried to get closer to delighting the Creator, and that is why he was searching how to bring pleasure to created beings, because only through the created beings is it possible to bring pleasure to the Creator. Thus this chain is closed, helping us scrutinize. The Creator is the cause and the created beings are the means. The created being is the means and the Creator is the goal.
But the person thinks that he is tired, out of energy, motivation, and the feeling of importance, and he agrees with this state thinking that it will move by itself. He hopes that in the end everything will pass, and thereby he already condemns himself to death. Only the group can help here, the influence of the environment, mutual guarantee, and, above all, constant responsibilities according to a strict daily schedule that a person has to carry out. Thus, he buys time.

The Hearts Are Drawn After The Actions


The Book of Zohar—Introduction, “Rejoicing in Holidays and Not Giving to the Poor”: This is the meaning of Truth’s complaint about the creation of man, saying that he is all lies… However,Hesed said, “Let him be created because he does mercy,” since the mercies that he does, which is necessarily an act that is scrutinized as bestowal, through it, he is gradually corrected until he can engage in all the Mitzvot in order to bestow.
The attribute of truth speaks about the matter of the desire that is totally egoistic (in order to receive) and which cannot think about anything else but receiving for itself. So why was it created? After all, it isn’t worthy of anything. This is how a person sees himself in the mirror of truth.
But the attribute of Hesed is responsible for the fact that a person can change. This is because the matter of the desire can perform actions of Hesed (mercy).
But how is that possible? After all, the desire to receive is in a total lie and only wants to benefit for its own sake. It is true, all its intentions are for its own good, but the actions can be aimed at in order to bestow. Then, despite this internal split, despite the gap between the thoughts and the actions, the actions with the inaccurate intentions at the moment can change the desire.
I use the actions of bestowal in order to reach the attribute of bestowal. Although I don’t want to reach bestowal and I only seem to be yearning for it, if I try to do so as much as I can by connecting to the friends, the teacher, and the Creator, then together with this lie on part of the attribute of truth, these actions will bring me to correction.
I cannot evoke the Surrounding Light by my egoistic intention, but the action itself is in order to bestow and I am aware of that. So I evoke the Light that Reforms and it influences me to the extent that I seemingly want to exit my egoistic intention of in order to receive and acquire an altruistic intention of in order to bestow.
It is true that I cannot and don’t want to bestow, but my actions are aimed correctly, and that is enough. A correct action together with the wrong intention evokes the Light that corrects the intention.
It is because I am made of a desire and an intention (a thought). I cannot control my intention, since I always want for myself. Sometimes it seems that I really want the good of others, but then it turns out that it’s all a fixed game and that I simply lie to myself since I don’t understand myself. My intentions are wicked, wrong or evil (by mistake or even intentionally). This is a result of the shattering of the vessels and there is nothing we can do about it.
But I can perform actions in the group, in dissemination, and in spreading integral education. If these actions are arranged correctly so that I can fulfill them, I have to ask the group for the power to come to the lessons and to the teacher in order to gradually acquire wisdom and turn to the public in order to convey my message to them so that they will accept my opinion. I arrange my actions as if I bestow as much as possible. This is enough in order to evoke the Surrounding Light, which in response begins to change my intention.
This is because my actions are correct and only my intention is corrupt. Now it’s also added to my actions by the Surrounding Light that operates. Thus “the hearts are drawn after the actions,” until the intention matches that action.
We are different from everyone else only by our intention by which we draw the Light that Reforms. If we don’t do that, we will not succeed and things will even get worse. We will go through a new round that will eventually also bring us to the good but by the path of suffering.
Performing good actions is not a problem. I can give out presents only because there is an angel with a stick standing behind me, and if I stop for a moment, I immediately receive a blow. It turns out that the action itself is fine, but the intention is sometimes concealed even from me. So the only thing I need is to evoke the Surrounding Light by my efforts. I try to add the right intention regarding the friends, the teacher, the study, and the public since it’s these efforts that evoke the Light that Reforms.
The matter of the desire doesn’t change, the actions don’t change; the only thing that changes is the intention. The whole creation is intended only for establishing the right intention and to gradually connect it to our actions.
The actions have to match the intention. First I don’t want to receive anything since I don’t have the right intention, and then I can already receive something thanks to theMasach (screen) and the Returning Light. I can already bestow in return, and then I operate the desires, my vessels of receiving.
This means that our work can be in avoiding receiving or in receiving in order to show that we understand what the Creator’s love towards us is and we want to thank Him for that and to repay with the same attitude. The main thing is that the intention determines the quality of the action.

In The Service Of His Majesty The Creator


Question: I can disseminate by way of the Internet but not on the street; I cannot; it is not pleasant for me.
Answer: I understand you. It could be that on the Internet you are hidden under some pseudonym and so forth. But in spite of all this, try to go out into the street, even without connection to a group and to friends, imagine that the Creator is next to you and He requires you to do this, He asks.
You are going out into the street not from your initiative; you have no link to this. He simply puts you there so that you will distribute flyers so that every person who passes by you will feel that the Creator is in you and you are granting him a portion of the Light, another handful of Light and another additional handful to everyone who passes by.
And it makes no difference how he reacts to this; it is the Creator who arranges their reactions. Sometimes it is good and sometimes it is bad; and you need to feel all this. All this is compulsory in order to “format” you a little and to accommodate you to the spiritual world. This is to say, the Creator is found in you and in others and you are the link between His inner and outer part, and ultimately also reach adherence with Him.
Imagine a state like this: You are alone, without a group, without friends, without anything. You have a package of flyers in your hand that you need to distribute. You are now in the service of His majesty the Creator. This is all. Everything is simple. You yourself don’t exist. Try it! You will suddenly feel that your ego doesn’t belong to this, and you are not found here.
There is some kind of an image, a puppet, which was created by the Creator so that it would distribute flyers. The Creator cannot take on your form. Therefore you took on this form. In other words, you are essentially the embodiment of the Creator. He is found within you: Now He acts with your hand; now He speaks by way of your mouth, and this is the Creator in the role of a stranger and He turns to you.
In this manner, He teaches you from two sides: from the side of the external world, the community, and from inside you. And you begin to feel all this within you. About this it is said: (Tehillim 139:5) “Thou hast hemmed me in behind and before”. And this is the revelation of the Creator to a person in all that happens to him.
And you arrange a single experiment like this. And therefore this is very interesting! You begin to feel where He is and where you are. In every fraction of a second and even with greater frequency, in you appear an immense number of thoughts, emotions, sensations, internal investigations, and the analysis of things.
In this manner you overcome the psychological barrier and will see how much this opens you immediately; you begin to understand how the Creator fills the whole world and that specifically He gives you these sensations of discomfort. What for? So that you will require Him and will not abandon your mission that was given to you in order to draw you to Him.
