Question: The Creator created such a varied abundant world. Why then do we, those who engage in the wisdom of Kabbalah, do as little as we can in the corporeal world and engage mainly in the internal work?
Answer: Because we have not yet built a society in which we can Kabbalistically affect each other through corporeal actions.
Question: So all a Kabbalist’s actions come down to studying, listening to the teacher, sitting and speaking in a circle? Is there nothing else? The world seems so diverse and there are so many things you can do out there.
Answer: The best thing is to do nothing. There is no benefit in the actions that we perform to man or to the world.
Question: So why was everything created?
Answer: So that you will live peacefully, comfortably, and quietly and yearn to establish an ideal connection with others.
