Michael Laitman, PhD, has compiled the most important writings of Baal
HaSulam and Rabash that a Kabbalah student needs in order to attain the
spiritual worlds. This is the primary text used by the Learning Center.

The book Shamati
is the collection of 243 oral lessons given by Baal HaSulam and copied
into a notebook by his son and student, Baruch Shalom HaLevi Ashlag (the
Rabash). It was passed on to Dr. Michael Laitman who published it after
the Rabash's death. Each article carries the essence of Baal HaSulam’s
spiritual attainment. Download Shamati or Purchase Shamati
The Zohar: Annotations to the Ashlag Commentary
is a collection of commentaries on the Torah, intended to guide people
who have already achieved high spiritual degrees to the root (origin) of
their souls. The Zohar contains all the spiritual states that
people experience as their souls evolve. At the end of the process, the
souls achieve what Kabbalah refers to as “the end of correction,” the
highest level of spiritual wholeness. To those without spiritual
attainment, The Zohar reads like a collection of allegories and
legends that can be interpreted and perceived differently by each
individual. But to those with spiritual attainment, i.e. Kabbalists, The Zohar
is a practical guide to inner actions that one performs in order to
discover deeper, higher states of perception and sensation. Download The Zohar or Purchase The Zohar
Introduction to the Book of Zohar
is the second in a series written by Kabbalist Dr. Michael Laitman,
which will prepare readers to understand the hidden message of The Zohar. Among the many helpful topics dealt with in this companion text to The Science of Kabbalah, readers are introduced to the "language of root and branch," without which the stories in The Zohar
are mere fable and legend. Introduction to the Book of Zohar will
certainly furnish readers with the necessary tools to understand
authentic Kabbalah as it was originally meant to be, as a means to
attain the Upper Worlds. Download Introduction to the Book of Zohar or Purchase Introduction to the Book of Zohar

The Little Hippo
Once
upon a time a little Hippo was lounging in his swamp, sulking. He
wasn't in the best of moods. To be honest, his mood was downright bad.
As bad as it gets. Think about it: the sky above was cloudy, unfriendly
and plain boring; the water was gray and murky; even the beach and the
trees were lifeless and uninspiring. On top of that, the smell in the
swamp wasn't very pleasant either... yuck! If you were a hippopotamus,
you'd be bored to tears too!..

The Most Important Thing in Life
There
is a young tree growing on our block, right by our house. When I look
at it, I think: "You should grow tall and strong, so that everyone can
bathe in your shade." Every day I take a bucket and fill it with water,
then bring it outside and water the ground around the tree. One day,
as I was watering the tree, a young boy came up to me...
