Peace Is But A Dream

Question: How can we stop envying those who live much better lives but refuse to listen to the wisdom of Kabbalah or about spiritual work?

Answer: I can’t imagine living a peaceful life. I am already about 70 years old, I am retired, but why calm down…?! What then? If someone is about to die, there is nothing to be done about it, but what if you want to live more, what then? Should you forget about the meaning of life, not develop, not attain anything, not grow as a human being? A person should have a certain degree of self-respect. Am I a human being or a beast?

Question: Does this mean that life for you is a continuous search?

Answer: I think this that is not only for me. A person needs a good environment that will lead him to that, support him and agree with him. Then life will be interesting and pleasant and he will really do something meaningful in life.

Question: It seems that you are not going to be a fishing enthusiast who fishes all night until dawn.

Answer: I once tried to join a friend who really loved fishing and we went out fishing a couple of times, but I couldn’t find anything that filled me in that.

Question: Is it possible to combine activities?

Answer: You can combine anything. The question is whether a person finds peace in it. I didn’t. I really love music, good cunning comedy films, and good jokes. I love to learn new things. I have visited many places all over the world and found it interesting, although on the other hand, this world is like a point that disappears on the background of the wisdom of Kabbalah. The main thing is that a person has a goal that leads him forward and he grows. A person should do that since we will have to fulfill the plan of creation in any case.

Each Nation Has Its Mission

Torah, Deuteronomy 2:26 – 2:28: So I sent messengers from the desert of Kedemoth to Sihon, king of Heshbon, with words of peace, saying, “Allow me to pass through your land: I will go along by the highway, I will turn neither to the right nor to the left.” You shall sell me food for money, that I may eat; and give to me water for money, that I may drink; I will only pass through by my feet.”

Torah, Deuteronomy 2:30: But Sihon, king of Heshbon, did not wish to let us pass by him, for the Lord your God caused his spirit to be hardened and his heart to be obstinate, in order that He would give him into your hand, as this day.

Israel doesn’t want to get involved in the war, in a clear correction of Malchut with the help of Bina, but the Creator is forcing them to do so.

In fact, we see this in our world too when we want to avoid various problems, collisions, and encumbrances in life, but it doesn’t work, and it won’t work until we begin to follow the instructions of the Torah strictly.

The complete correction of egoism to love and bestowal is required, meaning the maximum movement in connection with each other where all degrees of the ladder of spiritual ascent are revealed gradually until the complete unification of all nations—in other words, all parts of universal egoism into one single unit. Then, the system will be filled with Light.

Question: Despite the fact that the people of Israel said, “I will go along by the highway” and that they would pay, King Sihon wouldn’t agree to let them pass.

Answer: He wouldn’t agree purposely because egoism (the nations of the world) clearly performs its function because it was programmed by the Creator this way, and the people of Israel are the only part of the common egoism in creation that have freedom of choice. In this case they are inclined to use it in order to escape, and here they are taught that they will be punished twice for escaping because they are obliged to conquer egoism and in much worse conditions.

The “Tablets of the Testimony” are the basis for the connection between the created being and the Creator. There are two phases in the development of the created being: the first is instinctive and the second is conscious.

Summary

The goal of the conscious phase is for the created being to resemble the Creator.The created being equalizes his form to the Creator’s by a special developing program—the Torah. The essence of this program is written on the “Tablets of the Testimony.” The program operates by the Light, which is the attribute of bestowal that controls all of reality and has developed the desire to receive in 10 levels.

The wisdom of Kabbalah explains the Ten Commandments, which have nothing to do with our life in this world. It is about the correction of the ten Sefirot, ten conditions, according to which the desire to receive acquires the Creator’s form of love and bestowal. The expression of love is giving. These ten conditions are also explained by the wisdom of Kabbalah as 125 levels. Beyond that the Tablets of the Testimony became the foundation of human morality, even in communist Russia. Without the Ten Commandments humanity would have remained absolutely barbaric. They have developed the human race.

The real Ten Commandments are revealed in the second phase of the development of the created being, in the conscious part, and are about forms of bestowal that a person has to adopt on the advanced levels of the ego. When a person first begins to correct the desire to receive from egoism to bestowal he doesn’t know what the Ten Commandments are, the ten Sefirot. The word “Sefira” stems from the word “sapphire” as it illuminates when the desire to receive becomes a desire to bestow. Today “thou shalt not steal” doesn’t even exist. There is no other way to correct a person except by drawing the Light that Reforms.

One For The Sake Of The Other

Question: What should a man do if a woman wishes to do a man’s job, to order the man around and to manage him?!

Answer: Nothing. Let her order him around, so what? What’s important is what a woman does with regard to her spiritual advancement.

There should be coordination and cooperation between the sexes, one for the sake of the other because one cannot break through to the upper world without the other.

It is just as my teacher Rabash used to say: Love is a domestic animal that has to be fed all the time, growing through mutual concessions.

What Is God? (Continued)

God does not exist unless you reveal Him. Because otherwise you simply claim that He exists without any basis, and, of course, you cannot imagine what He is like. Even if you observe all His desires, which are written in the Torah as commandments, they are His commandments and orders to you, but they don’t actually describe Him.

According to the wisdom of Kabbalah God is called Bore, the Creator, from the Hebrew words “Bo – Re” – “come and see,” which means something that is attained clearly, seemingly by our sight, which is the most accurate sense.

Other than this attainment, before a person attains anything, when the Creator’s image appears in one’s feelings, the root of everything that we attain in our corrected attributes and especially to the extent that we correct them according to our own style, which is not attained by us, is called Atzmuto, Himself. This name emphasizes His disconnection from us. Because of our lack of attainment and connection to us, it is as if He does not exist.

Kabbalists also emphasize that they attain the Creator anew each time according to their changing attributes, “Bo-re.“

I stress this because there is a great difference between saying that there is a Creator and attaining Him according to our equivalence of form to Him, which is what the wisdom of Kabbalah calls Creator, and which is what the Creator expects of us.

When Will Our Problems Come To An End?

Question: When will our problems come to an end?

Answer: The problems will end when we fully connect with the Creator. After all, all the problems that arise expose the lack of connection between us and the Creator. Thanks to our prior success in connecting with the Creator when faced with problems, we grow and acquire the ability to reveal greater problems.

Problems will not stop without spiritual work. It is not possible to run away from it because only through summoning the Ohr Makif (Surrounding Light), and thanks to the suffering with the help of the group, it is possible to get closer to the Creator.

People are differentiated according to their attitude to the problems that are revealed. Ordinary people struggle with them like Don Quixote, whereas Kabbalists understand that all problems come from “There is none else beside Him” (Deuteronomy 6:35), from only one power, and they decide to not just resolve the problem, but to correct the soul.

My main parting word is for all of us to adhere to the Creator, accepting all the disturbances of life as situations that are trying to detach us from Him, and in this way we become strengthened and adhere to Him more. It is written in Psalms 27:14, “Wait on the LORD; be strong, and let thy heart take courage; yea, wait thou for the LORD.”

Question: How is it possible to get close to the Creator? What kind of work must I do on myself every day to get this power within me?

Answer: For this, it is up to you to change your characteristics so that they will be similar and equivalent to the characteristics of theCreator.

The wisdom of Kabbalah talks about this. It is a method for becoming like the Creator.

We are in a world specially created with people who relate to each other egoistically and mutually repel each other, so that we gradually reached a harmonious, homogeneous communication between us. And then, in this regard, by trying to build it correctly, we will begin to reveal the Creator.

Life Beyond The Boundaries Of Birth And Death, Part 3

Question: How can one survive the loss of a loved one? How does one deal with this pain?

Answer: I understand that a person feels pain from such loss, especially if it involves children. It is somehow possible to understand when parents die because we know that no one can live forever. But when children die before their parents, it is a great tragedy and one can only sympathize with such grief.

However, on the other hand, when a person starts to see reality on the higher degree that it is eternal and perfect, he understands that all the actions we perform in this world are very important and no one just disappears. Each person has a purpose.

Even if a person during this life hasn’t achieved the perfect state that is called Heaven, he has an opportunity to continue in the next cycle. Apparently, he has completed his work and therefore finished his life in this world. And now his soul will return again to fulfill its purpose in order to reach spiritual elevation during his or her life in this world.

It is necessary to rise to the spiritual world from our world using our egoism. This world is a reality that we see through the prism of our egoism, through the desire to capture everything and to protect ourselves. We are initially created with this limited perception of reality in order to build above it the opposite perception, instead of receiving for myself, extracting all the spiritual strength from ourselves and giving everything to others.

Therefore one world can’t exist without another. Our world gives us a perfect opportunity to reach the upper world precisely through using our egoism, which is called help against it. Precisely with the help of our evil egoistic force we need to build a good force.

We don’t delete our egoism, but build good above it so that love will cover all transgressions. This opportunity is given to each one, and if a person failed to realize it, he returns to this earth again. Therefore we see how generations after generations are born, and humanity grows and develops.

And our generation is special because it will be the first to start using the wisdom of Kabbalah, which helps us to achieve the feeling of the new world, for correction. If instead of grieving, we help others to reach this new perception of reality, we help our relative souls. Once they return to this earth to fulfill their mission, they will be on a different level.

We don’t feel it, but we depend on each other and are connected with each other, those who live and those who depart from this world. With our good deeds here, we influence souls that lost their bodies and exist only in the form of forces and not matter.

What is the Torah that Moses received on Mount Sinai, why did its reception depend on the connection of the people of Israel, and how do we return to being a “Light unto the nations”?

Summary

Making a covenant is the first condition from the upper force, and the lower will feel that its nature is evil and will want to balance it. The second condition is that a person will seek to know what the goal of life is. Many people ask this, but they have no answer. We have developed an entire culture in order to suppress this question.

The evil inclination, the evil desire, is divided into 613 individual desires. Corresponding to them are the 613 Lights of the Torah. We receive the Torah on condition that we are ready to connect. Then there are two forces in us, negative and positive, in order to reach balance. Only one characteristic in us, “Moses,” can rise above the ego, above “Mount Sinai,” above the evil inclination that is revealed.

The revelation while standing at Mount Sinai is an internal revelation, within a person. It is the discovery of great “Gevurot” (heroism). After receiving the Torah, the people advance toward love of others. They feel that they belong to a single system. Three forces are included in the chosen people: negative, positive, and we in the middle between these two forces build the third force. The chosen people are people who draw upon the good force, the Upper Light, and transmit it to all the nations of the world. With the correction of all the evil, Mount Sinai, the Beit HaMikdash (Temple) is built on the “holy mountain.” Everything comes to correct the connection between us, but human development does not end with this because everyone from Babylon must reach this.

In the past, the connection among the people of Israel was destroyed, so they were dispersed among the nations. In our generation, it is up to us to correct this fracture, meaning ourselves and the world. We are the spiritual descendants of those people who felt divinity and it is up to us to receive the Torah again.

The Holiday Of Shavuot

Dear friends! During these days we celebrate the greatest holiday that symbolizes receiving the upper force in our world, its revelation and possibility to use it for the common good, for the spiritual elevation of the humanity in order for everyone to become a dweller of the upper world and to feel eternity, infinity, and perfection.

Contact with the upper world is a gift of connection that we can use for our benefit and the benefit of others, but only on condition that we will take on arms the upper force and bring the entire world to perfection with its help. This is the mission of our nation in the name of which we received the upper Light called the Torah.

During a short historical period we were realizing the spiritual method only among ourselves, but today the time has come when the entire world needs it. And therefore, as it is said in the wisdom of Kabbalah, we have reached the state of the “last generation,” meaning the last generation that can feel only a limited material world.

Let’s start to unite together in order to reveal the upper Light within us, in the center of our union, according to the law of “love your neighbor as yourself.” Then it will start to gush, will be manifested within us from the depth of the universe, and will change the entire world and us!

Everything depends only on us. We have come to the state when the entire history of the humanity faces the moment of accomplishing the great correction. The Light is ready to affect the world.

Therefore, we have to achieve that the Torah be given to the entire humanity so it will begin to feel itself existing in the quality of love, kindness, and mutual connection and will rise to the next level of the universe, above life and death, above limitations of our world, and above all problems. This is the giving of the Torah, meaning the upper Light, upper force, and our receiving it.

I wish everyone to realize this way the holiday of Shavuot, the holiday of the giving of the Torah!

Men And Women, The Need For Fulfillment

Question: Why are more women than men studying the wisdom of Kabbalah in our day?

Answer: In truth, more women deserve to study the wisdom of Kabbalah than men. This is connected to the fact that in our world awoman feels more emptiness than a man; she doesn’t feel contentment.

Women are too dependent on men. In this world, a man can fulfill himself with a multitude of pleasures, whereas a woman receives fulfillment through a man, by his side, just as Malchut (the desire to receive) is fulfilled through Zeir Anpin (the Creator) in the spiritual world.

So because women are not receiving fulfillment, they are in greater depression, in emptiness. This is the reason that they yearn more for the wisdom of Kabbalah, trying to find satisfaction through it. If a woman moves correctly, she truly finds fulfillment in agroup that is studying the wisdom of Kabbalah. We have opened our lessons through the Internet to make it possible for women to have equal opportunities for studying together with the men.

Question: What do women need for fulfillment? Are they fulfilled by the same things that men are fulfilled by?

Answer: Yes, but the fact is that a woman receives fulfillment through the group of men anyway. A group of women by itself cannot fulfill itself. It must exist alongside a group of men.

Appeasement Does Not Lead To Any Positive Results

Question: All people basically understand that sharing the similar opinions is the key to a successful society, to mutual understanding, and to peace. So why are your remarks so sarcastic and contradictory to the common knowledge? Is this what the attitude of the wisdom of Kabbalah to the world should be?

Answer: Appeasement does not lead to anything good. On the contrary, on the level of debates and expressing opinions, there should not be conciliation and it is actually the clarification of contradictions and differences that is the basis for finding and attaining the one right decision.

Identifying the differences is the basis for any thought and understanding of different phenomenon. Debates have always been the scientist’s’ tool. The ability to sort out and to classify large amounts of data is the basis of any field of science. This means that on the theoretical level the aspiration to smooth any differences is detrimental.

“‘More and more EU citizens feel a sense of Euro-skepticism or even Euro-pessimism.’ stated the head of the European Council Donald Tusk.

“‘The collapse of the specter is haunting Europe, and the idea of a federation does not seem to me the best answer to this’ – he said, speaking at a meeting of European People’s Party politicians in Luxembourg.

“Tusk also said that European policies have been absorbed by the idea of European integration and have not noticed that ordinary people do not share their enthusiasm.”

Answer: The one -sided union of the continent should not have started without the preparation and teaching of the people to unite above all the age-old dissensions and contradictions! But who listens to the Kabbalists!

And now comes a many-sided crash. The action of the script of Beito (in its time) triggered by the development from Above of the evil egoistic forces, without any easing of good altruistic force—because there is no one in Europe to bring it into the European community.

Life Beyond The Boundaries Of Birth And Death, Part 2

The wisdom of Kabbalah explains that our life is organized in a special way. On one hand we live in a physical body on the animal level, like all animals, with a limited number of years. But during our existence on this planet we receive an amazing opportunity to reach a higher degree of man, Adam, (Domeh – meaning similar) to the upper world that is eternal and perfect.

We can do it if we rise above our material body and start building a spiritual body, meaning a spiritual degree. The spiritual body is completely opposite to how we perceive ourselves today. It is really spiritual, that is, a force without matter. This force is built on the basis that we begin to treat each other completely differently than now.

Now we treat each other egoistically. Even love that we have for families and children is egoistic. After all, we love them because they are close to us and we feel our dependence on them. But if we can build an attitude to reality that is opposite to ouregoism, we will begin to acquire the second force, the force of love and bestowal to others, and feel a new reality in it that is a network of connections.

If I come to the environment without the intention to use everyone maximally for my own benefit but change my attitude so that everyone would feel equally good, I see a different world, a world that is united, where all are connected with each other, with the force of love, unity, and mutual bestowal acting between us. And then I can change my perception, my system of thinking and evaluation, and feel myself existing in another world.

If my attitude, my way of thinking, and my perception change, I will see another reality. If I treat the entire world: stones, plants, animals, and humans as myself, seeing them as a unified system, then they all will become close to me. I will feel that I depend on them and they depend on me.

Suddenly I will stop feeling time because the flow of time is a fulfillment of some deficiencies, and I won’t have them anymore. I won’t need anything; all my needs will be in other people only. The concepts of time and space disappear. After all, space is defined by the distance between me and someone else, calculated according to how much I can receive from him for my own benefit.

And now it turns out that the opposite is true, I don’t care whose desire this is: mine, yours, hers…. When I don’t look at the world egoistically, the world begins to change dramatically. My perception of reality changes and I see what Kabbalists call the upper world.

If I treat everyone this way, I feel my body less and less, this animal inside, which is now my “I”. And even if this animal dies, the way it is accustomed in bodies, I won’t feel any loss. This is because I am already connected to everyone and live within them. I don’t live inside of my animal body taking care of it, but I am spread between all.

This new perception of the world through the power of bestowal and love presents a life on the degree called the upper world, eternal life outside of the body. The wisdom of Kabbalah gives us this opportunity by inviting us to engage in such a system of connection and reveal the upper world that is concealed from us now.

It is invisible until we acquire the qualities of bestowal and love. However, it actually exists here, next to us. There are people in our world who, while living in bodies like ours, feel a different connection between all the people: bestowal, endowment, and love.

This method was developed by Abraham and passed to the group of people gathered around him who later called themselves the people of Israel. Israel means straight to the Creator (Yashar-El), meaning our relationships, upbringing, and interaction are directed to the degree that is higher than our current life.

We must reach the degree of the spiritual world here and now, while we exist in the animal body, and so it is written, “You will see your world in this life.” And then a person feels that he has exited the limitations of his body and now lives eternal life. The spiritual world is right here; we just need to feel it!

A New Flood

Question: According to a warning from a global humanitarian organization, more than a billion people will be threatened with flooding in 2060. The countries mentioned in the report were especially the USA, India, China, Bangladesh, and other countries, all which will be facing catastrophic flooding, turbulent flows, and extreme weather conditions. Will the Biblical flood reoccur?

Answer: I believe that the flood will occur much sooner. The land and sea will change gradually, and this change will lead to volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, and flooding. Nature will not tolerate such egoistic creatures like man anymore. We are invoking and summoning the negative motion of nature by our attitude toward one another.

Question: According to the report, the poor will suffer most, while the rich have insurance policies and can move to other places and be saved.

Answer: The rich will not have this option in the future; natural disasters will affect everyone. What is more, the disruptions will not only be ecological, but the fall will also be in many areas such as business, world commerce, family relations, culture, and science. Our ego will turn into a cancerous growth that devours itself and will kill everything.

Question: Is that good or bad?

Answer: It is good when it is on a small scale and when humanity responds immediately, “Okay, we understand! We must change and to correct our conduct.” However, if it lasts for decades, it will become bad and people not be gaining insight or becoming more sensitive, but will show that they are unreceptive and stupid.

Question: Do we see that people understand what is happening to some extent?

Answer: They don’t understand anything. The wisdom of Kabbalah, which offers us the method of overcoming the crisis, is in a pen. Despite our great efforts to tell the world about it, we are faced with a wall of mistrust, rejection, and slander. Many rise against us, not knowing what we engage in at all. Thus, the egoism that is revealed internally leads them, and they obey it unconsciously, and this is not leading us in the right direction. I don’t want to seem immodest, but many years ago we predicted the current disasters and the flooding of Europe with immigrants. I am tired of talking about that. Nothing helps.

Question: But the Creator is good and benevolent.

Answer: He is good only if we are mutually connected to Him. Unfortunately, however, we are dominated only by the egoistic force that is opposite to Him. Therefore, we have no reason to expect anything good from Him, and there is no one to whom we can pray.

We must change ourselves! We must ask for only one thing from the bottom of our hearts: to unite. After all, the entire Torah is a system aimed only at love. As it is written, “I have created the evil inclination, I have created for it the Torah as a spice, for the Light in it reforms.” The Creator is the attribute of love and bestowal that we must develop and bring into our mutual relationships because the main law of nature is “you shall love your neighbor as yourself,” but no one engages in it in our world.

Kabbalists can cry out as much as they like. They try to implement the method of unity among them, but it isn’t easy to do so in a small group. If the entire nation of Israel engaged in it, things certainly would be different. The nation of Israel must do so and set an example for all of humanity, which is what the world demands from us.

What are the internal forces in a person that are expressed at the gathering at Mt. Sinai? What does the connection of the people before the mountain symbolize and what can we learn from this story about our life today?

Summary

The gathering at Mt. Sinai is not a spectacle in the middle of the desert like in a Hollywood movie but the fulfillment of the laws of nature of the eternal Torah. This is a special force hidden in nature, God, the good force that is revealed when a person wants it to be. The good force has created us the opposite from it so that each of us always thinks only about himself.

5,776 years ago one man discovered that there is another force in nature, a positive force that we can draw. Then Abraham came and taught the people of Babylon how to connect so that they could draw the good force. Later the evil force, Pharaoh, grew among his students and reached the phase of slavery in Egypt. Eventually they escaped from the domination of Pharaoh and reached Mt. Sinai, a mountain of hate.

They discovered that they could cope with it only if they revealed the good force. The children of Israel received the Torah at the gathering at Mt. Sinai, which is a whole system that explains how to advance with the positive force. A force called Moses was revealed to them, the common force by which they managed to rise above the hatred and eventually inherit the land of Israel. This whole process of inheriting the land of Israel was described to Abraham during the covenant between the pieces.

Today we have to rediscover this positive force so that we can balance the negative force through it and discover the Creator, because everyday there is the giving of the Torah.

“You Shall Buy Food With Money, That You May Eat”

Torah, “Devarim,” 2:01 – 2:06: Then we turned and journeyed into the desert by way of the Red Sea, as the Lord had spoken to me, and we circled Mount Seir for many days. And the Lord spoke to me, saying, “You have circled this mountain long enough; turn northward. And command the people saying, “You are about to pass through the boundary of your kinsmen, the children of Esau, who dwell in Seir, and they will be afraid of you. Be very careful. You shall not provoke them, for I will not give you any of their land not so much as a foot step, because I have given Mount Seir to Esau for an inheritance. You shall buy food from them with money, that you may eat, and also water you shall buy from them with money, that you may drink.”

Esau and Lot are the closest “relatives” of the quality of bestowal; they can be corrected, but not yet.

While under the rule of Pharaoh (common egoism), I earned the part that I was able to extract from him because I suffered while I was working, was captive of egoism; I was artificially placed there and not willingly. However I invested great efforts into work with the egoism and now everything that I got in Egypt, meaning all these forces and comprehension I took from there I can use for correction.

By this I allegedly exchange my knowledge and strength for work with egoism called Lot and Esau. I can take food from them and exchange it for silver. Silver is the quality of bestowal, Bina. Gold is the quality of Malchut.

Natural Self-Hatred

In the News (IsraelHaYom.co.il): “In a few days the Association of American anthropologists, the world’s largest academic body, is expected to decide whether to boycott Israel • 20 Israeli academics sent a letter of support: ‘encourage protests’ • ‘if you will’: ‘They cut off the branch on which they sit.’”

My Comment: This is not surprising; some Jews are against anything Jewish because it puts them below their non-Jewish colleagues. Some of them are against their own people because their objection conveys their rejection of their people and they justify themselves in the eyes of the peoples of the world, even though contempt toward them remains in the nations of the world.

Hatred of their people and its history is natural because Jews are not a nation but a worldview that must be accepted by any person in the world by choice, just as inancient Babylon they gathered around the idea of Abraham.
This worldview is anti-egoistic, meaning it is contrary to the nature of our world, against its egoism. So there is nothing more opposite than the idea of the wisdom of Kabbalahabout the unification of everyone and the idea in our world about separation between everyone. Only suffering will compel humanity to understand the necessity to realize the method of Abraham.

Summary

A person who has been shamed on the Internet feels that he is in “hell” because our basic force is the ego and so we aspire to feel pride and fear being shamed. A person who has been shamed, feels that he has been erased, buried, and that he has nothing to live for.

Our self, the human being in us is everything for us, everything. If it is erased, we have nothing to live for. What is more, there is an internal spiritual point in us that doesn’t die, a spark of our soul that develops from one generation to the next.

Some people don’t care about anything, while others are very sensitive to the issue of shame and pride, and others’ negative opinions can lead to great emotional stress.

We are like gears in a single system, dependent on each other. Sometimes embarrassing pictures of people are publicized on the net and it hurts the person’s pride to such an extent that the only resort he feels he has is to commit suicide. It doesn’t help to hide in order to protect oneself from shame. Instead a person should ascend to a higher level.

If a person goes into a chicken coop, for example, and all the chickens yell at him, he is not ashamed because he is higher than them. A person who raises himself morally understands that the others are still behaving like small children. The ascent is in spiritual values, in the values of love of others through which one reaches connection to the upper force.

Sometimes a great person is humiliated from above, as has happened to great Kabbalists throughout history, but they realize where this stems from and why the upper force has such an account with them.

Does the study of Kabbalah improve my life?

Question: How can the study of Kabbalah improve my life? Does it give any special advantages that I cannot get through other sciences?

Answer: Kabbalah cannot give any advantages in everyday life if a person cares only about his material well-being and nothing else. After all, above all, Kabbalah opens horizons for us and explains the purpose for our life.

The people who come to the Kabbalah study are the ones who ask, “What is themeaning of my life and why do we suffer?” Humanity begins seriously thinking about the purpose of its existence and all its pains as it wants to know why we pay so dearly for the years of our lives.

It turns out that today there are many people who are ready to study the wisdom of Kabbalah and reveal the secret of life and so Kabbalah is opened.

Question: Does the study of Kabbalah change something within me?

Answer: A person who studies Kabbalah changes his attitude toward life, his whole life paradigm. He begins to see the world with different eyes, understanding that the world is just a projection of his own properties. While he changes his inner properties, he changes the world that is seemingly outside of him.

After all, the world is only a print of our properties. The wisdom of Kabbalah helps us correct ourselves from within when we turn from egoists who reject and hate everyone into altruists who love and bestow. And in this way we find ourselves in the world of absolute goodness.

Look at all the problems in today’s world and how much it needs this method of good connection and unity between people: religious, secular – all as one nation.

When I see all the sufferings in the world, I feel empathy for the people and see how much they all need the wisdom of Kabbalah.

What Is God?

Question: You say that there is no God, so what is there?

Answer: There is an upper force that manages, develops, and fills our world. We can talk about it only to the degree that we discover it. This force is called “Boreh” (Creator), “Bo – Reh” meaning come (discover) and you will see.

When people think that God exists, but in a corporeal form like a person, this is simply a misunderstanding of the entirety of nature. We always talk only about what exists in relation to all of us. If a person doesn’t reveal this force within him, then it doesn’t exist; if he discovers it, then it exists.

Comment: The wisdom of Kabbalah states that there is “Atzmuto – His essence,” some kind of plan or program.

Answer: Right, but we cannot talk about it. This is the initial, first force of nature that is beyond our attainment. We attain only what is included within our desire to receive and to enjoy, which was created by Him.
