The Power Of The Land Of Israel

 

Comment: A strange thing happened after the evacuation of the Jewish settlements in the Gaza strip. The agricultural products in this region were grown on sand using special technology. They were considered to be the best exported produce. 

When the decree was signed that all the Jews had to evacuate this region, one of the families that had big plantations there left them to the locals because the managers and the workers were all Arabs.

After a while, the manager called the former owner and said: “Listen, I have been the manager of this plant for 20 years, and I know every detail of the technology. No one knows it better than I do. When you were here everything grew and prospered, but now that you have left, we are doing everything in the exact same way, yet nothing works.”

My Response: There is a connection between the Jewish nation and this land, but it is not totally correct in our days yet.

The correct connection of the Jewish people with its land lies in the fact that it behaves in accordance with this land, that is, it draws closer to it, draws closer to each other. If it is correct, it will feed the whole world. The whole world! It will give such scientific achievements, discoveries, and technical achievements that will raise humanity above nature.

Why? You can think about it all you want, but you won’t guess. Because our world is fueled by a special higher power, which gives our world, our Earth, the entire planet, the air, all of this a reproducing force, a multiplying force, an upper force, as they say. And if this does not happen, then, of course, everything will calm down and wither away.

Nothing will help us except the only remedy: our unity. It is through our unity that we will begin to neutralize the evil forces in the world and will awaken goodness and abundance in the world. We will awaken the upper forces of nature that will enable us not only to exist correctly between us, but will also feed us and supply our needs, clothe us, and put an end to the problem of climate change. They will do everything and will totally balance our life.

The main thing is that humanity will finally acquire the knowledge about the purpose of its existence. Because, in fact, no matter how we live or whatever happens to us, we will still ask ourselves what we are living for. After all, our existence, whether good or bad, eventually ends aimlessly and with no purpose.

So, we better begin to understand what our purpose is.

Hanukkah—Striving To Unite

 

Question: The Greeks, led by Antiochus IV, captured the Temple in the 2^nd century BC. There was a division of the Jews into Hellenized Jews, who supported the Seleucid Greeks, and Orthodox Jews led by the Maccabees. The Maccabees led the uprising and expelled the Seleucids from the Temple that had been captured and desecrated. When the Maccabees entered the Temple, they saw that the pure oil for the Menorah candles could only last for one day. But a miracle happened, the oil burned for eight days.

These are historical events that occurred more than 2,000 years ago. What do they mean from the point of view of Kabbalah?

Answer: After leaving Egypt, the people of Israel received the method of connection (mutual guarantee, Arvut), which developed during 40 years of traveling in the desert. Gradually, they became more and more united according to the method received from Jethro, the father of Moses’s wife. Jethro was not a Jew, nor was his daughter, but as the Torah says, he fully joined them.

The term Torah comes from the word “light”(Ohr). The light of the Torah, which a person receives from above, is necessary in order to bring people together and turn them into one single whole.

Despite the fact that they are egoistically distant, opposite to each other, and each wants to rule over the others, with the help of the right environment and the upper light, everyone can subjugate himself to society and make sure that all the people in it are directed to the center of society to unite with each other.

This is what the Jews were doing for 40 years in the desert. After they reached the state of unity, the desert turned into a fragrant land for them, called the Land of Israel. “Land – Eretz” comes from the word “desire – Ratzon.” That is, their desire began to blossom and bear fruit.

They built the Temple that represented the result of their efforts that came from the connection between them. The Temple does not mean something materialized, not stones and wood, but the connection of their desires.

So they lived, fought, reconciled, and constantly chose new conditions of connection. They were changing because new egoistic desires constantly arose in them. Therefore, they had to attract the upper light called the Torah more and more, to unite and thus advance.

But they could not hold on to this and for some time they fell into the slavery of egoism called the Babylonian exile of the time of Nebuchadnezzar. And then, with the help of Queen Esther, they came out of exile and began to inhabit the Land of Israel again, i.e., the desire to unite and connect with the Creator.

So they moved on until they reached the state of building the Second Temple, uniting in one common vessel in which they attained the Creator. But it did not last long because once again there was a huge, tearing egoism between them. This is how the Second Temple was destroyed, the common vessel was broken, the mutual desires and intentions for loving each other that allow us to reveal the Creator.

It was at this time that Rabbi Akiva called on the Jews to unite and shouted that one should love one’s neighbor as oneself,” but they could no longer hear him. This is the state the people of Israel are in now, people who, on one hand, understand that it is necessary to unite, and on the other hand, are not able to force themselves to unite.

Finish Line Or Penalty Circle?

 

Evolution will certainly lead us to equivalence of form with the Creator, voluntarily or through suffering; there are only two ways. At first, the whole world develops unconsciously, only due to the forces of nature. But starting from a certain stage of development, a person breaks away from his animal existence and develops a person in himself, a spiritual form similar to the Creator.

Such people can attract an upper force to themselves and accelerate their development, and through themselves, as through an open channel, transmit this power of development to everyone else. As a result, all evil will turn into good, but we must contribute to this by becoming active participants in this process.

We are at the finish line of the process of development, and therefore it is worth taking an active part in it, so that we are not thrown back. Otherwise, there is a danger that it will turn out like in a child’s game when a player each time moves a few steps forward, but after the next roll of the dice suddenly is sent back almost to the very start of the game.

If we want to avoid such a return to the penalty circle of evolution, we should observe the laws of nature, the laws of the Creator, and try to unite more and more and connect with the upper force. And then more and more light will flow through us into the world.

The world is not to blame for anything, everything depends on the part of “Israel” who strive for the Creator, those who connect all the nations, this whole circle with the Creator through a line, a direct channel.

The Future Is In The Application Of The Kabbalistic Method

 

Remark: In an article published in June 1940, Baal HaSulam explicitly stated that all our troubles stem from a lack of unity. He wrote that we are like a heap of nuts that are united by a bag covering and binding them. But this measure of unity does not make them a cohesive organism.

My Comment: Jews are united only by suffering, political pressure, and the external hatred of all the peoples of the world. And from the inside, we are all in absolute rejection of each other. Therefore, this condition is wrong, unhealthy, and not for long.

Question: What is the future of the State of Israel based on spiritual roots?

Answer: We know that spiritual properties in a person can manifest and develop only from the feeling of a clear need for them.

Today we are in a state where we see that there are no “sacred cows” in the world, there is nothing from which to learn. Once everyone believed that one can learn from America, before that from Russia, etc. But no.

There is nothing worthwhile in the world, everything is falling apart, not any system justifies itself. In this state, we hope that people will finally turn to the science of Kabbalah and understand what society should be like, how people should properly educate themselves and create an absolutely new society that will exist in harmony with the entire integral nature.

When Will The Holy Land Be Ours?

 

Question: In the Torah in Bereshit, it is written that Abraham asked the Creator: “How will I know that I will inherit it?” And the Creator answered him: “You shall surely know that your seed will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and they will enslave them and oppress them, for four hundred years. And also the nation that they will serve will I judge, and afterwards they will go forth with great possessions.”

Can we rely on the primary sources written thousands of years ago to say today that this is our land?

Answer: The laws of nature are absolute and they must be applied. Therefore, what was said three to four thousand years ago is coming true today.

Remark: In the Midrash, it is written that Israel will not return to their land until they are all in one bundle. But we are back.

Answer: No. Our physical return does not mean anything. Absolutely nothing! This is not the return that should be. Therefore, Kabbalists believe that there is actually no return yet. We have arrived here, we are on this land, but it is not sacred and not ours.

Our land will be a desire in which we can unite because “land” – “Eretz” from the word “Ratzon” – “desire.” And these are not stones under your feet but hearts that will unite together.

From A Passive Observer To An Active Researcher

 

Two thousand years ago, the nation of Israel fell from its spiritual level to the corporeal one, from the intention of bestowal to the intention for its own sake. As a result, we have turned into completely different people, into a different nation with a new religion, a new outlook on life, and a different perception of reality.

Previously, we perceived all reality as one single whole in which one force acted, and we all belonged to it. But gradually, together with the collapse of the First Temple and then after a thousand years of the Second Temple, we began to move away from bestowal and unification into perceiving life as we see it today, that is, purely corporeally, egoistically, and recognize the unification of a man only with himself, but not with others.

Today we will have to make a lot of effort to return to the spiritual, true perception of reality.
We must understand that this perception of reality and intention is in conflict with what is accepted in all religions. Each religion wants to establish itself above others, be proud of it, and teach the same to the people who follow it. We, however, need to advertise a union that will raise us above all problems because they are all a consequence of remoteness, separation, and unfounded hatred among us.

If I perceive reality egoistically, care only about my own existence, see others from afar, and do not unite with them through feelings into one whole, then I see the world as it is today, in my five  sense organs.

But if I unite with someone else, at least with one person, for this I need to annul myself and then I will already begin to perceive the reality with different organs of sensation. These will no longer be the ordinary sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, but the Sefirot Keter, Hochma, Bina, Zeir Anpin, and Malchut.

I will see reality as single and perfect. It will already be a reality that does not exist within myself, but outside of me. That is, it will not be limited by my sensory organs. To the extent that I abandon my personal sensation, my desire to receive pleasure, for the external perception, for the desire to bestow, to that extent I will reveal the true reality.

I will reveal the light in the desire for bestowal, which I was able to build within my desire to receive pleasure, the form of bestowal and love, that is, the form of the Creator. From a passive observer of reality, I will turn into its active researcher. This is what the science of Kabbalah teaches us.

We must all receive the form of a spiritual Partzuf, which contains desire, restriction, screen, and reflected light. Then it becomes active, can bestow to the master, unite with Him, and attain Him, as it is written: “And you will be like God, and know good and evil.”

In religion, a person performs corporeal actions and wants to receive a corporeal reward for them. But we want to perform spiritual actions, that is, build a mutual connection, unity, up to love between us. This will be our reward.

Kabbalah And Zionism

 

Question: The creation of The State of Israel cannot be viewed without such a phenomenon as Zionism, which preceded the formation of the state. Are Zionist’s ideas close to Kabbalistic ideas?

Answer: Naturally. Kabbalists interpret the arrival of the Messiah as a revelation of a special power in the hearts of people, first of all, the Jews who are striving for unification in order to build a new society together.

This is a society in which people will live according to the laws of an ideal commune, rise above their egoism, and move from love for each other to love for the Creator. In relationships with each other, they will reveal the highest power, the power of bestowal and love. The science of Kabbalah speaks about this.

Mechanically it looks like a return to Zion—Israel.

Question: Still, Kabbalah is a method of revealing the Creator to the creations in this world. Zionism is a social movement to return to Israel. What is the connection between them?

Answer: Very simple. Kabbalah says that one who has a craving for the disclosure of the Creator seeks to return to the land of Israel and build a society that obeys spiritual laws. In principle, all the rules of conduct, the social order that should be in the state, we draw from Kabbalah.

The Peoples Of The World And The Holy Land

 

Remark: If we turn to history, the people of Israel were created on an ideological basis from dozens of tribes of Ancient Babylon. Therefore, Israel is those who have a desire for spiritual attainment.

My Comment: This is true, but not only them. There are even people who have absolutely nothing to do with Israel, with the Jews, with our ancient stones, and still they experience a special feeling when they come to this land.

The fact is that we are all fragments of a broken soul called Adam, which was once one. It is a spiritual structure that contains absolutely all the peoples of the world, all people without exception, wherever they are, wherever they live.

Since all of humanity is constantly evolving, people, even those who are still at a rather primitive level of development in their small, closed societies, still begin to feel that some special phenomena are happening in this place in the world, and they are drawn here.

These may be people from the depths of Africa, Australia, or Oceania who have never encountered Jews or heard anything about Israel. But suddenly, something pulls them here, and they come.

Striving For The Land Of Israel

 

Question: The entire modern history of the revival of Israel and settlement of the country looks irrational. There is an ambiguous attitude of religious movements to this issue: some are ready to give their lives for every piece of land and some do not even want to enter the Land of Israel until the Messiah comes. Why does one religion have such big differences?

Answer: People understand and interpret the Torah differently.

On one hand, it is said that there is no greater commandment than settling in this land in both the spiritual and physical sense. On the other hand, there are many different movements in Judaism, some of which believe that you can not arrive in the land of Israel until the Messiah comes.

We, as Kabbalists, interpret the Torah in the spiritual sense of the word. And in the physical sense, there is no difference if you live in this place on Earth or in another. The only difference is how you feel your closeness to the quality of bestowal, the quality of love. The land of Israel is called Eretz Yisrael. “Eretz,” “Ratzon,” means desire. Yisrael (Yashar Kel) is a desire pointed directly to the Creator.

If you have a desire pointed directly to the Creator, then the upper light manifests itself in this desire as a special filling, which is called the Creator. It is said that the Creator is in the land of Israel around the clock.

This is all to be understood in the spiritual sense of the word. This is how Kabbalah interprets the Torah. That is why Kabbalists have always been striving to come here.

To Become One Nation

 

Baal HaSulam, The Nation: These loose ties—language, religion, and history—are important values, and no one denies their national merit. However, they are still completely insufficient to rely on as a basis for the independent sustenance of a nation. In the end, all we have here is a gathering of strangers, descendants of cultures of seventy nations, each building a stage for oneself, one’s spirit, and one’s leanings. There is no elemental thing here that unites us all from within into a single mass.

To this day, we have failed to build a country, a nation, or a society. The world does not understand it. And the Jews themselves, those living in Israel, see it as strange.

All values based on language, religion, and history do not reach their hearts because they do not touch the foundation of the Jewish people, the foundation of the land of Israel. Therefore, the land rejects everything that does not correspond to its spiritual root.

Thus, the people of Israel will have no choice but to accept the true laws of nature of this land, i.e., the laws of bestowal, love, and relationship above our egoism. And then, we will begin to really feel that we live on our own land, create our own society and state. Only in this case, will everyone start to accept and approve of us correctly.

Remark: If you had said this a year ago, you probably would have had to convince people that there is a strong division in the nation. But now there appears to be such discord between the right and the left that we cannot even choose the head of government. And this conflict is only growing every year.

My Comment: In general, we live in a very interesting period of history when we begin to understand that we have no other choice but to create a nation and a state according to the laws of our nature, our common soul. After all, our roots come from a broken soul—the so-called “soul of Adam.” And so, until we start to restore it, to connect all the fragments together, we will not be able to create anything.

Question: Are you talking about some kind of emotional relationship between people?

Answer: Yes. There is nothing else.

We must create the right connections between us, and then we will become a nation. When by restoring the connection we understand how to build a state,  we will be able to create it. Everything must begin with the search for how to become properly united as one nation.

Society Based On The Laws Of The Creator

 

Baal HaSulam, “The Last Generation”: Moreover, a compulsive communist government is completely unsustainable, since a bayonet-dependent government cannot persist, and the majority will ultimately rise against it and abolish it. The idealist ten percent will not be able to rule over the egoistic ninety percent and the anti-communists forever, as we find in soviet and eastern countries.

Baal HaSulam wrote this article in the 30s of the 20th century when idealists still existed. But all this passed very quickly. Education is essential here to bring society to a state similar to the laws of the Creator.

Question: Humanity must reach such social relations where there are general rights— everyone works according to their abilities and receives according to their needs. Should this be a conscious decision of every person?

Answer: All this comes from the property of bestowal. This is what man must protect and develop. Such an attitude of one individual to another brings everyone to a new level of existence when we begin to feel the Creator in our relationship from which the upper light emanates and fills people.

Reclaiming The Spiritual Land Of Israel

 

Question: Among Zionists there were many disagreements of a different nature. So in the 1920s, Nordau’s plan to transfer Jews from Eastern Europe to Israel failed. In the 1930s, Jabotinsky’s plan to resettle Jews was not adopted at the Zionist Congress. It got to the point that one of the leaders of the Zionist movement Khaim Arlozorov was killed as a result of ideological disagreements between the left Zionists and the revisionists.

Which of these movements does Kabbalah fit better?

Answer: Neither of them. Kabbalah relates only to spiritual laws that descend into our world and determine its entire structure and development. Therefore, what Zionists, revisionists, socialists, communists, evangelicals, or anyone else say has nothing to do with Kabbalah.

Kabbalists believe that it is necessary to begin to reclaim the land of Israel, to be worthy of this land with one’s properties, the properties of bestowal, love, mutual connection, and unity. This is what they aspired to. And it is not for us to judge to what extent they could do it.

To this day, we have only been concerned with explaining what the science of Kabbalah is, what it should lead a person to, what it talks about. It is difficult for people to realize that Kabbalah, the upper nature, the Creator, all this is practically acquired by people’s corrected desires when they strive toward each other and reveal the upper world in their unity.

It is not easy. It takes a lot of time and desire for people to understand, feel, and begin to see what the science of Kabbalah is really talking about.

It talks only about a person’s internal changes, about a change in one’s perception of reality. And all external manifestations are a consequence of this.

Education First, Then Unification

 

Baal HaSulam, “The Nation”: This is why I said that we must establish for ourselves special education through widespread circulation, to instill in each of us a sense of national love, both from one person to another, and from the individuals to the whole, to rediscover the national love that was instilled within us since the time we were on our land as a nation among the nations.

This work precedes all others because besides being the basis, it gives the stature and successes to all the other actions that we wish to take in this field.

Most important is the education and upbringing of those people (fragments of the broken soul) who come to Israel so that they understand what their main mission is. Living on this land, they must realize that their task is to unite in spite of all the differences, of which are huge among the Jews so that above all so-called transgressions, love will be formed.

Remark: In principle, Baal HaSulam is saying that mass media need to work on the uniting people and not on separating them as is the case today.

My Comment: Most important is not even unification but education. Unification will happen when people understand who they are, what their nature is, and what state they should come to.

To Prevent Movement to Fascism

Remark: Jews, living in different countries, prosper in those places up to the point that discord breaks out between them and anti-Semitism flares up. Then they unite again through the suffering that unites them. And then fascism comes.

The great Kabbalist of the 20th century Baal HaSulam believes that the only way to disrupt nazism is through a religion that he calls altruism.

It turns out that the Jews, as a nation, are natural opponents of fascism in any of its forms. And subconsciously feeling this, all forms of fascism are against the Jews.

Baal HaSulam in the newspaper The Nation written in 1940, emphasizes: “He [Karl Marx] thought that the proletariat governance would be the subsequent step to the bourgeois governance, and hence determined that by negating the bourgeois government, a proletariat one would be established instantly. Yet, reality proves that the step following the ruin of the present government is that of Nazis or Fascists.”

My Comment: Unfortunately, we will see the emergence of fascism in America, in all developed countries, and in developing capitalist and semi-capitalist countries. This is a law of nature. After a developed state, society can either come to the realization that it is necessary to change its ideology or continue the line of fascism.

Question: In other words, in order to survive, people go to nationalism? We see that right wing parties and nationalists are coming to power in almost all European countries.

Answer: This will continue to deteriorate until the method of connection becomes apparent in the world.

Question: If these are the laws of nature, then no one is to blame, no religions. There is a single force that generates all these processes. And we, as observers, should notice all this and draw the right conclusions?

Answer: No. We can move all this forward, starting to unite on the basis of the true religion, the science of Kabbalah.

Thus, we will show all of humanity that there is a path that leads them to salvation from their own egoism. A path that not only makes our life in this world special, but also reveals the upper world, that is, the structure of society based on interconnection.

“Out Of Zion Shall The Torah Come Forth”

 

The land of Israel is called Zion, from the word Yetzia, meaning going out of one’s egoistic properties into altruistic ones.

Besides, it is written: “Out of Zion shall the Torah come forth.” It means that a person who starts to feel a way out of their egoism has conditions for receiving the upper light, the revelation of the Creator.

This upper light is called the light of the Torah. Therefore, it is said that through the attempts to exit our egoism, the light of the Torah will come to us.

A Consequence of Spiritual Shattering

Question: More than 50% of American Jews have never visited Israel. Why?

Answer: They have no connection with Israel at all. For them America is their homeland, their country. If they are not pressured by anti-Semitism, they show no relation to Israel. This is the law of nature. It is inside people.

Where did modern Zionism appear? In Russia. After all, it did not arise in Germany or anywhere else, but namely in the south of Russia where pogroms were imposed and enormous pressure was exerted on the people.

Remark: There are many who claim that the assimilation of Jews among other nations is a silent Holocaust. For example, the American linguist and philosopher Noam Chomsky, a Jew by birth, believes that Israel is an aggressive state that has no right to exist. He does not believe anti-Semitism is a problem in America. And there are hundreds of such professors.

My Comment: The fact is that Jews are a people that fell from the level of love your neighbor to the level of unfounded hatred for each other. Therefore, Noam Chomsky says what he really feels. He does not cheat, he does not try to show off in front of other cosmopolitans. No. He just feels that way.

And there are a lot of Jews who think this way without any backward intent or any gain for themselves in Israel and throughout the world.

This is a consequence of the spiritual shattering. Reshimot (informational records) that appear in people force them to think and speak like that. You cannot do anything with them. I met with them and I realized that it was simply useless. A spiritual gene that sits in a person rules him this way.

Remark: A lot of Jewish anti-Zionists are ardent supporters and inspirers of the BDS movement, which advocates an economic boycott of Israel, divestment, and sanctions against the state.

My Comment: They are not just supporters, but participants and leaders of these anti-Semitic movements. But they do not consider themselves anti-Semites.

A Special Trend Of Our Time

 

We have made another day’s progress, but the question is, have we really made progress? The world is advancing according to the program of creation and reveals more and more breakage in itself.

What do we do in the same measure for correction? How far do we move forward and want to connect the world or at least try to explain the tendency of its development, where is it going, and what for? Do we match this pace of development? I do not see any other groups in the world that could do this.

Humanity must learn about the program of creation, its purpose, the upper force that governs us, and what form it leads us to. But so far, we see that another day has passed and humanity is only sinking lower and lower, and so it continues. We do not yet feel that we can keep up with this current and be the Shofar (horn) notifying everyone of what is happening.

In our time, the most important thing is an explanation so that everyone knows what happened to us, who is doing it, for what purpose, in what direction we are going, and how we should act. The upper force works on us, helps us to change and move with it, and use all the forces of our development.

I hope that each of us will feel responsible for the world. This is why Israel is called the chosen people, to set an example and explain to all mankind what needs to be done. The world has reached the last stage of correction, which is the revelation of evil, and we need to help it reveal this evil as quickly as possible. How quickly we move to the next stage and begin to come to goodness depends on this.

The revelation of evil occurs in our egoism, which divides us and makes us feel more distant day by day. We all suffer, and yet we do not want any rapprochement either between countries, people, neighbors, and even within the family. There is no such person who is connected to others and feels as a part of all of humanity as a single system.

This is the revelation of evil that we must first go through in order to understand the essence of our nature. Without this, we cannot change for the better and connect to become a single system, one person, Adam.

Depending on how quickly we understand and feel this, transmitting this feeling and understanding to humanity, the coronavirus epidemic will turn into a positive force that unites people. Instead of that, it is separating us by driving each of us in a different corner and locking us up.

If our thoughts will be correct, then we can get closer to each other and the virus will not be able to hurt us. It is now, when egoism is revealed in the form of a coronavirus that it helps us to distance ourselves from each other.

But if we will be armed with restriction, screen, and reflected light, in order not to think about ourselves but only of our connection, if we do not worry about our own welfare but the connection between us all, we can rise above the forces of separation and begin to properly connect as one man with one heart.

All this depends on how much we see a negative tendency and understand that it is for our benefit because it helps us to change in a good way. The evil inclination is called evil because of our egoistic intention. But if we turn this intention into bestowal, then all the power of evil will turn into good. It all depends on us.

We need to quickly understand this and implement it between us to serve as an example to the whole world. All paths are open to us. Every day more and more opportunities open up which we just need to implement between us and then all over the world. Our personal advancement and correction depend on it. After all, everyone can achieve their own personal goal only if they have realized the common goal. This is the uniqueness of the last generation.

The world is changing with great speed and is beginning to realize that it has reached despair, which was not the case six months ago. Do we feel that we are moving fast enough and understand more to embody the right form of humanity between us and show it to the world? Our group is a mini humanity.

The connection between us must become so correct and strong that we are not afraid of any epidemic nor virus. Nothing can harm us, not people, viruses, or natural disasters if we connect with each other correctly with the right intention and build good relations. An example of such a connection will be the best and most effective dissemination in relation to the whole of humanity.

Assimilation of American Jews

Question: Kabbalah has existed for almost 6,000 years. Are there any examples that this technique works and connects people?

Answer: There are no such examples, except for a brief period that includes exiting Egypt, 40 years of wandering in the desert, and the construction of the First Temple. That’s it. Since then, there has been only breakage, separation, and as a result—the exile of Jews.

Remark: Jewish America from the late 20th century to the early 21st century faces the question of its survival. On the one hand, no one is destroying the Jews physically. On the other hand, it is very difficult to talk about a single commonality of American Jews.

My Comment: In America very strong division continues. The Orthodox build “walls” around themselves that separate them from the secular. Non-religious Jews are trying to blend in with the rest of the population and assimilate among them. And they can be understood because they do not see in Judaism the answer to their questions. Therefore, it makes no sense for them to hold on to the principles of their grandparents. They are already brought up differently.

Naturally, in the near future, there will be nothing left of a religious America. Everything is so mixed up there that if it weren’t for the anti-Semites, there would be nothing left of the Jews long ago. And we don’t know what’s next. Most likely, the Orthodox will live separately in places that are fenced off from everyone.

Remark: Interestingly, this is how they preserve themselves for thousands of years. Still, there is some unity among them.

My Comment: This is not unity, but upbringing, through which they preserve themselves. And unity appears only due to the global pressure from outside and the need to survive.

Become One Common Force

Remark: One of the most important events of the 20th century for our people was the Holocaust of European Jewry. Many historians ask themselves the question: “Was everything done to save them?”

Henry L Feingold, author and professor of American Jewish History and Holocaust studies wrote much on why the efforts of American Jewish leaders were ineffective including an article entitled “Was Their Communal Failure? Some Thoughts on the American Jewish Response to the Holocaust” in which he wrote, “During the Roosevelt era American Jews were more politically active than ever before, and they had achieved a place in the Roosevelt administration; but throughout the crisis they remained a divided community wracked by bitter internecine strife. What could account for this? Had the bonds between them become so weak that they could not hold in a crisis?”

However, there is an opinion in the world that Jews, on the contrary, help each other, stick together. But reading the historical evidence of their constant strife, it’s hard to believe in this.

My Response: The more developed a nation is, the greater hatred it has until it begins to correct itself. This hatred is inherent in nature precisely in order to turn it into connection and love.

Question: So is it not anyone’s fault? Are you blaming nature?

Answer: I don’t blame nature. I say that this is inherent in nature in which there is neither good nor bad. And the fact that a person takes information from nature and how he uses it depends on him.

We are given a method of connection called Kabbalah where people, coming closer to each other, become as if one single whole. In this case, the connection between them affects the rest of the world.

If the whole Jewish nation tried to unite as the Kabbalists are trying to realize between themselves, then naturally their power of connection, literally one gram from each of them, would become one common force affecting the whole world, and the nations of the world would begin to draw closer to each other. This is called “being a light to the nations of the world.”

Kabbalah – A Bridge Connecting Jews

Question: Two hundred years ago, American reformists wanted to take the religion of the fathers, their traditions, and adapt to modernity. This conflict between Orthodox Jews in Israel and American Reformists continues to this day. What can be the bridge that connects them over all traditions and divisions?

Answer: Nothing but the science of Kabbalah, which is the basis, the core, the inner part, of real Judaism and explains who the Jews are, where they came from, what they should be, what to bring to the world, and what their purpose is. Only in this case will something change.

Remark: But it has been written about that everywhere, and they can read it.

My Response: They will not be able to read it because they will not want to. Even if they read it, they will not take these words into account, much less realize it themselves. It doesn’t seem to exist for them.

Question: Does this mean that Kabbalists will have to set an example?

Answer: Kabbalists will have to organize themselves. I hope this will happen within the next 10 to 20 years. At the same time, the world will sink into the abyss of disunity and all kinds of crises: political, military, economic, natural, and climatic. As a result, Judaism must explain to itself and to others that it is in it that there is the right attitude of man to man and to nature, which will bring everything into balance.

This is the purpose of the Jews: to become a light for the peoples of the world. First for yourself and then for others.
