If Only I Didn’t Feel Myself…


Our desire is created by the inverted seal of the Light and that is why if it feels only itself, it is a horrible sensation, a feeling of unfilled void, an abyss. I simply can’t feel only myself for I cannot live without being filled! It is called Nukva, from “Nekev” (a hole), a hollow will to receive, which needs to be filled.
The Creator is perfection and does not require anyone. It is complete rest and idleness. He is absolutely immutable; He doesn’t need to move and act. But the poor created being (will to receive pleasure, desire, need for the Light) feels totally miserable and can’t find rest until it receives the sensation of perfection. It exists in constant fear and awe, and in search for the lacking fulfillment.
After all, the Light (perfection, the Creator) has stamped itself in the matter (desire) in an inverted form, like a seal and its mold, thereby having produced in the will to receive the need for the Light. Our form is opposite to the Creator, so the nature of the created being is so miserable; if only it didn’t have to feel itself and all its desires, aspirations, and thoughts, which are all about fulfillment.
We are always running after the Creator, the Light. But when a desire is revealed in us at its tiniest, lowest level, we, instead of the Light, envision material fulfillment through wealth, power, fame, sex, food, and family. And if a greater desire awakens in us, from a higher level, we aspire to knowledge and evolution. And when a still greater desire gets revealed within, I start feeling that I lack spirituality.
We always act in the will to receive, from desires of our world to the equivalence to the Creator.

A Very Simple Instrument To Measure The Creator


Question: Should we disseminate the wisdom of Kabbalah among orthodox people or among those who engage in all sorts of mystical practices?
Answer: Absolutely not! We have to keep away from any religious environment since our opinions are very different. They believe in miracles, in life after death, in mystic revelations, in forces that are external to this world, while we believe in the one force of nature. We are complete materialists. The wisdom of Kabbalah is not a religion but rather a science of attaining the one force of nature.
This force is called the Creator, God, but there is nothing mystical about it. In a much later stage humanity has distorted everything and turned it into religions, since it couldn’t find this attribute anywhere. It is bodiless, it is unidentified and unfelt. This is the force behind all the corporeal objects. But how can we define it? It is impossible!
There is no instrument that can perceive it, since it isn’t magnetism, it isn’t the global field of gravity, it isn’t electrostatics, and it isn’t x-rays. This “nothing,” how can you define it and discover it? Where can you find a detector for the revelation of the force called the Creator?
There is no detector except you. You can perceive it without any external instruments but only inside you. How can you do that? When you become sensitive to the perception of this force, according to your equivalence of form to it, you will begin to perceive it. Just like a moving needle of an instrument, so will the needle on the scale of Nefesh, Ruach, Neshama, Haya, Yechida, move according to the level of your ego, to the extent that it is equal to this force.
A Very Simple Instrument To Measure The Creator
If you rise above your ego, you will be able to use it like a spring. The current that goes through the coil turns it into a magnet that pulls the needle, the needle moves to a certain division: Nefesh, Ruach, Haya, Yechida, and we can see the measurements that this instrument indicates.
The spring that brings the needle back to zero is our ego. The force that pulls the needle in the opposite direction from the spring is the Masach (screen), our connection and resemblance to the Creator. Thus we can see the measurements on the scale. It is a very simple instrument.
At the same time our scale is not unchanging. The distance between Nefesh and Ruachis small. The distance between Ruach and Neshama is much greater. It is like the distance between the Earth and the moon, or between the Earth and the sun, between the Earth and the next galaxy. And astronomical progress is created according to our ego, which advances much more, and the Light of the Creator that operates and influences us much more strongly.
This means that we engage in the science of measuring the Creator inside us. I am the instrument, the measuring head. Everything is very simple.
In the free state of egoism, the spring sets the needle on zero. But if there is current going through the coil, the needle moves from zero. We need a source of energy in the network for that, a battery and a switch, a relay. The battery with the switch is the Creator, and the magnetic coil is the center of the group. The center of the group draws the Light into it and this creates in us the conditions for the presence of the Light.
The correcting Light, the Surrounding Light, is concentrated in the center of the group. The needle indicates the Inner Light, according to the level of the ego, the Aviut(thickness).

Religion Is A System Of Relations With The Creator


What is the essence of religion? Is it given for the benefit of the created beings or for the benefit of the Creator? Where is the reward that it promises, in this world or in the next world?
As Baal HaSulam writes in his article “The Essence of Religion and Its Purpose,” no one knows the right answers to these questions. In their delusions, people do not understand what is called “religion.”
Religion is the human attitude to the upper force that controls all of nature. It would appear that since it controls everything and I am here against my will, that there is nothing we can do about it. However, apparently our relationship with it is such that I can do something myself: to escape the evil or to seek good. In short, if I develop the correct attitude to its influence on me, then I can change something in my life.
So a certain connection extended by the human being to the upper force, and accordingly, by the upper force to the human, is called “religion.” Thus, “religion” is a system of bilateral relations between the Creator and created beings.
The problem is that no one is familiar with this system; everyone is mystified about it. Some take one wrong direction, some take another. Some assert that the Creator is one thing, and some another. Everyone is confused in his own way, and no one knows where the truth lies, where a reward is, and what kind of reward. On the contrary, we do not see in our world that someone has a good life, and in the end, everyone suffers. And the future world is hidden in the fog; this is what they “sell” us…
As a result, we have one big mess with religion. The fact is that this confusion has encompassed all the modern generation. If religion had given us answers to the questions that affects our existence, if it had explained how to live in the world, earning and achieving success in this world and the future world, how to get along with each other, of course we would have observed religious canons. But since religion does not give answers, people leave it. A person becomes weaker and leaves its framework, even if he continues to follow it as a formality.
This is an internal disagreement; a departure from religion is called the “fall of generations” and it is given, and you cannot argue with it. The reason is that we have not received correct answers to the age-old questions from religion and do not know what it represents in reality.
Of course, no one is to blame, and no one can be reproached. This is the process; the program of creation should be realized in us in this way, bringing us to the moment when we finally ask ourselves the three questions listed above. If we answer them correctly, we will know what “religion” is; in other words, how we can build the right relationship with the upper force. And as a result, we may be able to get pleasures in this world and in the future world, for our own benefit and for the benefit of the Creator.
Either way, we should clarify, resolve, this problem. In any case, we are under some higher power, and we need to find out what the proper relationship with it is. This promises benefits, and that is why we need to achieve this in a simple and practical way.
This is the way we offer to a wide audience, “Let’s find out what nature is in this world we live in.” In  Gematria, the meaning of nature (הטבע) is the same as the word “God” (אלה – ים). We all live in this “bubble,” and day by day it threatens us more and more: on the level of the still, vegetative, and animate nature, as well as in human relationships. It is enough that scientists today predict all kinds of natural disasters. Who knows what lies ahead? In general, we see that nature, that is, the Creator, shows us not the friendliest attitude. There is something to improve upon. Let’s see whether we are able to do it. Obviously, it is in our hands.
This check is certainly worthwhile. We need to find out what our attitude toward God, or toward nature,  should be . It will definitely benefit us.

Watch Your Step Carefully


Question: Why do we have to work on the acceleration of time and advance in the path of the Light if suffering awaits us on it as well?
Answer: I do not feel suffering on the path of the Light, but I see suffering as a means of advancement. I view all the problems as help on the way. Thus, my internal flaws are manifested, although I see them as evils of the external world.
Someone attacks me, and I see this resistance as an opportunity to advance further. If I prepare myself correctly, then I will have no fear only joy. As Baal HaSulam writes, “I rejoice at the revealed flaws” because it means that they can be corrected.
You can always prepare yourself for any challenges. But if you have not prepared yourself by means of the group, your unity, the Surrounding Light that embraces you from all sides, then you will find yourself helpless because you will have neither the Light nor the force of the group. You will just want to run away from troubles because you will lack the means of resisting them.
You will have to restart work to mobilize strengths and fulfill all the conditions in order to overcome these obstacles. Perhaps, this will teach you for the future that you need to prepare in advance.
Question: Thus, on the path of the Light, I get blows, but they are qualitative rather than on the flesh?
Answer: You get not blows, but a good opportunity to advance! If an athlete is going to the Olympic games, he is not going there to relax and spend time idly at the bar, drinking a beer. He goes there to work hard, to exert himself both internally and externally. But, then he receives a medal.
The difference between the path of hastening and natural development is that on the path of the Light we prepare ourselves by all the available means to reach the goal faster. Even if currently I feel no pressure and I could rest, enjoy the peace, and relax a bit, but instead I am still intense. I ask myself, “Am I bringing the Creator pleasure now?” If not, then I suffer because I don’t bring Him joy.
I am like an old man, who walks bent and in advance looks for something he has not yet lost. I am constantly seeking: Where is my group, dissemination, studies, adhesion with the Creator? This is called the path of the Light and hastening, when I am preparing myself all the time. Then, I get small obstacles on the way: a stone lying on the road, a stick thrown, a pile of garbage. But I watch my step carefully and thus see thesedisturbances and step over them. It is not a problem for me. And if I had walked, with my nose up, I would have stumbled and fallen.

A Creative Approach To A Mutual Guarantee


Question: When following the law of mutual guarantee, the reward and the punishment are hidden, and even if you understand it with your mind, something inside you says, “It’s ok, I will still do this for my own sake.” So how can we realize this law?
Answer: It really isn’t easy to execute this law since our whole egoism is directed against it. The law of mutual guarantee is the general and the only law that encompasses the whole system where a person along with the rest of creation exist in adhesion with the common law of nature: the Creator. The system was created by the Creator and He, with the help of the Upper Light, activates it.
The Creator brought restriction and concealment into the system so that we could study the connection between all the parts of this system in order to fail in each of our actions, to discover what is lacking in order for this system to work correctly and efficiently, and to desire for it to begin working. It is like we create this missing part every time, wishing for it to occur, and then, like in a movie, a fairy tale, it suddenly occurs.
It is difficult to express in words how creative a person becomes; one participates in the creation of this system. He attains, understands, constantly adds to and maintains it. All this, of course, is carried out by the upper force, but in adhesion with the Creator since a person sees a purpose and a need in it.
Everything we do should bring us to study the right connection between us and its realization. As we work on creating this system, we learn the entire infinite reality from the broken and distant point of this world to its complete construction.

So The Body And Soul Will Be Young


Question: What is the meaning of the “sensation of balance” between a person and society that comes as a result of integral education?
Answer: A person feels kindness, openness, support from everyone, inclusion into others, and feels everyone together rather than himself. He “comes out of himself,” from his problems, from his illnesses, and from his thoughts. This is most important especially in the elderly. He begins to feel like a child who becomes included in the surrounding environment as though he is floating in it. It is very important for him to be with others, to play with them, and to sense them.
If we bring people to such a state, then they will really not feel their age. They will be ready to literally give everything for this. After all, a person feels amazing lightness; he doesn’t feel the weight of his age. This makes him healthier and rejuvenates him.
Rejuvenation takes place when a person rises above his state so much that he becomes included in the collective. He no longer feels himself, but rather the commonality: all as one.

Union Of Opposites


Question: What can we say about the role of women in integralworkshops, is it destructive or constructive?
Answer: In nature nothing can be destructive and if such a phenomenon is seen, then it is only in the fact that an object has not been complemented by the opposite property to form a unified, complete whole. In nature there is nothing negative! So it is impossible to say that one thing is worse than another.
If we were to look at everything by way of integral glasses with which nature would appear correctly as a unified system, we would not find anything that would be somewhat worse or better, smaller or greater. For in an integral system everything is equally important and necessary to the same degree.
It is impossible to understand the essence of some object or phenomenon without its opposite. Only when you connect them together do you begin to understand that partnership that grows from them. And specifically from that common source (from the third component, the third line) that you begin to attain, you understand why opposing characteristics such as these, like masculine and feminine, and in what manner they attain their level and the internal program, and that their destiny is specifically attaining wholeness through mutual completion.
We must attain a state like this, where we will be a single complete whole, and through attainment of this unity, from within it, the need for separation, wholeness, and so forth is seen. So, let’s reach the goal and from there everything will be clear to us.
In nature there is nothing evil, there is nothing bad, there is no darkness. Everything in the world that seems bad to us is a result of our incorrect view of the general picture of creation.

To Sense The Upper Source


Question: When we get into the upbringing of young people we see that there are a multitude of fine details which require systematization. What is the most important thing in the integral education of teenagers?
Answer: The main thing is to give them a clear, inner assurance that all problems in life, in the world, in society, and in individuals can be solved collectively. The correct collective is that source that will always give a person the correct answer. He will always win if he acts in accordance with it.
This firm conviction and the habit to act this way do not cancel a person and do not make him a small screw among the masses. On the contrary, he is above all since he rises because of the collective and because he can work collectively. A person does not disappear in it, but becomes its integral part. As a result, the whole collective in turn becomes his part.
In the end a person rises to such a level when he begins to sense even the hidden forces of human nature, human interaction. It is something that Freud and other psychologists dreamt about. He begins to sense all inclinations and everything that influences our mind, as the upper force, the upper source.
Therefore, our task is to give to a person contact with the upper source so he will know what he should do in life in accordance with this source.

A Meeting With The Angel Raziel


It is easy to work on one line, either the left line or the right line.It is most difficult to be in the middle and to connect these two lines into one authority and to remain there, in the middle, between theshell and Holiness. To be in between means to draw as much as one can from the shell and to add it to Holiness. Thus you constantly remain under one authority and advance; you fulfill your authority and look for a new place where you can be free in order to once again prefer Holiness. Thus a line is created by these points of unity of one’s freewill.
On the one hand, everything is done by the Creator, by private Providence (HaVaYaH), that descends from Above, which means that takes place inside. The private supervision is the most inner supervision (the supervision of HaVaYaH), that is closest to bestowal. On the other hand, a person says: “If I am not for myself, who will be for me,” which means that he compliments the two lines by adding all his efforts to the upper providence and adhering to it internally. The middle line expresses adhesion and mutual bestowal between a person and the Creator.
A person understands that everything comes from Above, but still annuls the domination of the Creator and says that he will do the same according to his freewill. He doesn’t do so because he is under the domination of the upper providence, but of his own free will, by wanting to identify with the Creator. Although it’s clear to him that no one has a chance to avoid the upper providence and to do anything by one’s self, he still tries to fulfill the thought that the Creator has given him, as if of his own freewill, being totally independent. This is how he advances.
It isn’t a game since the Creator agrees with his decision to perform a specific action and provides him with an illusion of life and death. It isn’t a joke but actually a question of life or death, which is a very serious matter for him. But a person receives this freewill and can change his fate from great sufferings along the path of “in its time” to great joy along the path of “I shall hasten it.” This means that he can totally change his whole life from the worst state to the best state.
It’s by creating a space where he can be independent that a person establishes the form of Adam (a human being), since if he doesn’t create a space where he can have freewill and believes that everything is managed from Above and says “thank God” about everything, as orthodox people honestly say, then there is nothing one can add. He places everything under the Creator’s domination.
If a person is not religious, he operates according to his natural instincts and the Creator totally manages him without revealing Himself. But if a person doesn’t accept either of these options and wants to fulfill his freewill, he makes room for his own authority, according to his freewill. Then in this independent authority he discovers both the good and evil sides, and these two authorities clash and struggle with each other. A person’s role is to arrange them on the middle line so that they will complement one another.
The connection between this space of freewill and the forces that operate in it is that a person attains by his clarifications, analysis, and synthesis, and turns into an image of a human being, Adam, which means in Hebrew “resembles the Creator.” This human form is established from the bottom up and is gradually revealed. By attaining this adhesion with the Creator, a person discovers that the middle line was also managed by the upper force, and he calls this revelation “the Angel Raziel.”

The System Is Locked, Enter A Password


The entire spiritual system is in standby mode. In fact, it is a lifeless mechanism, which doesn’t need anything for itself. The same can be said about the Creator because He is a fixed law.
When I call Him kind, merciful, and giving, I attribute my own sensations to Him. This is His image in my eyes, and He Himself exists above everything, above attainment.
Accordingly, the system of spiritual worlds is a system of unchangeable laws. There are no other “sensitive elements” in it but us, who demand something and give and receive consciously. It is as if there were a pipe that transmits Light running towards me. There is a faucet at the end of the pipe, but I can’t open it, not with my hands,  but I can open it with my desire.
The upper degree is not a “kind man” but a programmed mechanism. I launch the system by appealing towards the Upper One. It only begins to work when I bring the proper desire, the proper impulse into it. It is always ready; in other words, it is ready to launch the supply of Light as soon as I can “open the tap.” Moreover, the more I can open it, the stronger the flow I will receive.
This faucet has an “access code.” To enter it, one needs a proper, specific, verified request. I must calculate my desires and intentions, focus my mind and feeling and invest my self entirely into this “signal,” pass it through the group, connect my friends to the common desire, and direct it towards the benefit of the Creator.
The tap will open once we match the correct code. The system is waiting for the entry of the correct data. There is a lifeless mechanism before us, filtering  and releasing portions of Light, abundance, energy, strengths, and desires.
The only living part is Malchut of the world of Atzilut, which lies below. Everything else only comes to life as I bring my life, my aspirations, and my pain into it.
And this is why we cannot wait for something to come from above on its own. The system works in conformity with my desire and my commands. If I am not yet ready to give the commands, then I scream at a wall without finding the Creator. He only appears when I am able to reach out and touch Him.

In The Wake Of Different Sensations


Question: People who begin to study the integral method not only enter into positive states, but also negative states. Is it compulsory to pass through these states or is it possible to get along without them?
Answer: I think that it is not necessary to evade them, but rather, we should investigate them properly because it is our nature that is discovered in this way in that it shows itself more prominently and so we will see what we must transcend.
In feeling the negative states, the person needs to find pleasure like an athlete who overcomes an obstacle through overcoming pain. Feeling the result of overcoming the obstacle is more important to him than feeling the pain. He goes toward this consciously! In other words, the importance of the goal of personal change rises in value due to those unpleasant sensations that we experience on our way.
Even though we don’t need to talk in advance about sensations like these all the time, we need to try to obscure them all the time (not to annihilate, but to obscure), and immediately let people understand that this is how we learn about ourselves, our essence, and then rapidly put people into a workshop, a discussion.
After that, it is necessary to give them homework to write down all their negative and positive sensations and to bring these with them to the next lesson. Sort through the pages and the most important findings are brought into the workshop because what he feels, all the others partially feel it too. So, they will now discuss these states: “What is it? What is it for? What does this give me in life? Could it be better if I didn’t feel it, or is it preferable to feel it?” After all, when an illness goes away, it is sometimes felt much more strongly than when you are just beginning to get sick and don’t feel anything, until it passes through the latent period.
Therefore, it is necessary that people feel all the problems deeply and from personal experience reach some kind of a solution among them. The guide conducts their conversation, gives the subject for discussion, and during the discussion they need to draw their own conclusions, and then this truly will be their perception, their discovery, and their attainment! It is as if they discover a new law of nature themselves, a new mutual cooperation—what was before, it could be that not one of them saw it—and now they are the first ones in the world to see this together.
These are very serious matters! It is necessary to write them down, to work, to create booklets gathered from the conversations in workshops so that others can arrange the same discussions, to learn from them, and supplement them. So, then gradually, the method of integral education will be made more and more refined and effective.

In The First Spiritual Degree


Now when we are engaged in special dissemination among the general public in all the countries in the world, I’d like to make a very serious comment.
The fact is that our movement in the wide circles of society must pursue the only goal—the unity between us—so that we feel close inner cohesion, the need for each other.
If this condition is met, then going outside is positive, necessary, and effective. If going outside divides us, cools us down, pulls us apart, then we need to stop it because the most important thing for us is to create such a center of the group where we begin to feel the Creator; otherwise, there is no point in dissemination. Indeed, we can reach the masses only if we organize the spiritual vessel, the spiritual Kli, the place where theCreator is revealed.
For years we have been studying, and as a result of these studies, working between ourselves and dissemination, moreover, quite passively, focused mainly on the dissemination of our material online, we worked within ourselves. Now, we have reached a certain point of saturation and cannot move further. We cannot compress ourselves so that mutual connection is formed within ourselves in which some resemblance to the Creator is manifested, that is, rising above our egoism.
The problem arises: How can we unite? That is why we go out to the masses. After all, our main goal is unity, achieving Arvut (mutual guarantee), such adhesion in the group that will lead us to the minimal similarity to the Creator on the first spiritual level.
We are still on the ground, raising our foot, wanting to go up to the first spiritual degree, but we cannot; we need a push. In order to be pushed from behind, we go out to the wide circles of society, libraries, schools, universities, numerous educational and other institutions and disseminate in breadth. We strive to get from the masses their desires to overcome all sorts of crises that now are so rapidly developing in the world.
So, we should not forget that the most important thing is to create the center of the group in which we expect the manifestation of the Creator. This is the first rung of the ladder; His first manifestation among us, in us.
Whatever we do, in whatever form we are engaged in external dissemination using various opportunities, we always have to sort out every action and analyze it in terms of its usefulness for overall unity. Only then can we make a decision as to whether it is worthwhile to do something or not. The inner unity should determine our going out to the world: its kind, style, opportunities, and the people who will be engaged in this or that activity.

How Do You Turn Enemies into Friends


Question: How do we imagine “impure forces” (Klipot)?
Answer: Imagine that there are “good” people who always praise you and give you presents and then there are “bad” people who always punish you and cause you problems.
Now the question is who really does good to you and who harms you? It all depends on the goal you are trying to achieve.
Those who hurt you reveal the truth to you, showing you that you have properties that they despise. By doing this, they show you the source of evil, the reason for their hatred of you. When you correct this reason, you will suddenly see these hostile forces become your friends!
So do you think they were good or bad initially? They must have been good!
And those people, who only gave you gifts and always praised you, never gave you a chance to correct anything in you. They only satisfied your egoism, so it turns out that they are your enemies. Right?
It is understandable that everyone only wants to be around “good” people who praise us, but these good people are ruining the world! And it is written in The Zohar: “All their mercy is egoistic, for their own sake.”
We need to love the Klipot, value the Pharaoh! All our haters show us our uncorrected parts. And if we see the corrections we can make with their help, we should be grateful to them.
Our entire work in upbringing and  education is to figure out the properties that can be corrected and to grow by doing this.
Hatred of Klipot is childhood, the “small state” (Katnut)! One needs to see their source, after all, the Upper Light goes through them, through our corrupt desires, and shows these defects to us from the side in the form of foreign, impure forces (Klipot). This is called the “visible flaw.”
Essentially, I am looking at myself in the mirror and seeing my face, which I do not like! So who do I blame, the mirror or myself? The Klipa is our mirror. All the faults that it shows us are inside us (just like the rest of the world we see around us).
All the catastrophes and problems that we encounter, from the smallest to the largest, are a projection of our inner properties.
This is why it is impossible to be without the Klipot! Without them we would not be able to attain anything, we would not feel or distinguish anything. Where would we begin the correction if not with the Klipot?
It is impossible to correct a defect without having revealed its cause. And the role of theKlipot is to show us our defects. This is the most necessary thing for us! We know that one can only reach the fruit through the peel.

Living Mind Or A Computer?


Question: Why did the Creator need such a complicated process of correction of creation so the creation itself acts on its own, unless it was impossible to correct everything at once from the beginning?
Answer: The Creator does not need our actions, He wants you to understand something and advance on your own until you attain thegoal. The Creator made all of that right away; the entire distribution of worlds from above down and then the ascent back up, only you need this! The Creator cannot give you everything that you will receive in the end right away. You need to go through all the stages of development: 0-1-2-3-4, until you begin to perceive, understand, and become like Him.
Attainment means knowing the phenomenon “in its root” and its consequences. You must understand the whole of creation throughout the complex, and this can only be done gradually, learning from opposites every step of the way, initially and constantly revealing the lack and then the fulfillment, understanding and the lack of it, and good and bad sensations. This is the only way the strings of the soul develop in you.
I understand that you want everything right away, but this is impossible. Is it possible to take a child and turn him into a professor in one day? A sage is someone who throughout life has observed its arrangement, as one thing develops from another, as all things are connected with one another. He gradually became smarter until finally becoming wise!
But if he were crammed with all this information at once, he would simply have become a “computer” working according to the program embedded in it. But when this information is gradually and steadily imprinted on matter that can feel good and evil, truth and falsehood, emptiness and fulfillment, we will get a live “mind” instead of a computer.
This is the entire difference! Because he will find out the difference between Light and darkness, he will learn through this, he will acquire a desire; he himself will know what he wants to understand and feel! Every piece of data that you load into the computer must be preceded by your desire that you want to receive it, and you will know which empty fields and lack of understanding you need to fill. The computer itself should respond, and then it will turn into man…

The Secret Of The Integral System


Question: People don’t understand what holds them in integral groups. They ask, “What is the catch?”
Answer: There is no trick, since, after all, we pull them into connection with the universe, with the world, with nature. Nature is united, harmonious, and we show them how to reach this harmony. When they reach harmonious connection between themselves and with the environment, they are included within its sphere, they begin to feel its breath. The whole “trick” is in this, that we suit them to the integrality with nature. And what next?
Next, we continue to develop until reaching the state when we begin to feel how everything around us breathes, how everything is saturated with one thought that is called the “plan of Creation.” This is what we will reach.
Nature is clever! Look at what a harmonious computer we exist in! There is no trap here, only the discovery of the meaning of humanity which is absolutely realistic, built solely so that we become correctly connected with others, which fills them in a mutual manner and supports the only law, “To become one single nature.” It is not an ecological game, of the “greens,” but a rise to the level of Adam (man – human).
In this way we will begin to grow more and more in that we are filled with the feeling of boundless happiness. We will no longer feel that we are bound by the framework of our body.
By our beginning to improve the body and even the soul, and by rising even higher, we begin to feel that we acquire completely different possibilities. It is specifically in the mutual connection between us that we discover within us spaces that are filled with the sensation of happiness.

On the Threshold of a New World


Question: Why does the Creator punish us even before we begin to understand anything? Is this a way to treat an “unwise” child?
Answer: It is impossible to develop otherwise. Why don’t you get angry that a child grows so slowly and gets so many bumps and bruises and causes us so many problems a long the way? This is the only way to analyze your Kelim, desires.
Pain and worries accompany us throughout life, this is the clarification and nothing can be done.
And when we finally reach spiritual development, come to the group and we want to reveal the spiritual world, the Creator, in it, look how much confusion there is in the beginning: We drag with us all the previously acquired religious myths and stereotypes about spirituality and we lack any understanding of what it is.
Why is it made this way? Why are we not just given an exact map with directions so we can move with confidence and peace?
But we do not understand the higher program: Every step where you stumble is a place for analysis. You become confused and you keep turning around the same place, as if returning to the same place every time, but it is not the same thing, the analysis is different every time.
And mankind in general is wandering in the dark, confused by all sorts of beliefs and notions. How much more time will it take to bring them out of this mess? There is nothing that can be done; such is the path of development.
But now, in the next few years, very large and rapid changes will occur. We think that the world will keep developing at the same rate as before, but we are not taking globalization into consideration. We no longer have some individual small laws affecting every one of the “seventy nations,” now we have one common law for everyone. A new system of governance is being revealed.
This is why the world is becoming global. It is uniting through this single law, this force, and it is facing drastic changes. We will be taking very big steps as we advance.

What Does It Mean To Be The Creator?


Question: You are saying that in the end every person must reveal the formula of balance with nature.
Does Kabbalah really want to turn every person into a research scientist, forcing each one to discover nature’s formulas?
Answer: But it is a very simple formula! Each of us is inside nature and strives towards comfort.
Balance is the solution to the equation, the discovery of the formula of ones most comfortable state, the kind of things I need like heat, humidity, food, shelter, family and children, a secure workplace and salary, etc. In our world this is what it is to attain balance with nature and satisfy all the desires.
But nature develops me so I this equilibrium would be constantly disturbed, and I need to keep trying to find it over and over as I advance.
We constantly look for balance. Even when people strive for power or pursue millions of dollars, they do this because they feel this need and they want to fulfill it, bring it to balance in order to calm down.
For this reason, the development that Kabbalah speaks about is the most normal and natural development for any person in this world. The only thing is that every person has a slightly individual formula for attaining this balance. Balance means that I feel so good that there is no way to feel any better!
When all the desires are corrected, in other words, when they are completely filled with whatever it is they want to be filled with, this is called the end of correction (Gmar Tikkun)!
I do not need to look for some far-fetched formula of nature! When I attain an absolutely comfortable state where I would not want to change absolutely anything, it means that I have discovered the common formula of balance with nature!
In other words, I reveal that I can be big and successful, and this form, where I now reveal myself, is called “the Creator” or nature. It is as if I were growing and growing and I finally grew up and became a king, and I see: Here is my castle, here is my army, and here are the people.
When a person feels that he has attained complete fulfillment, it means that he has discovered the formula of what it means to be the Creator.

A Tree That Tastes Like Apples


“Sanctity” (bestowal) hides behind the “impure forces” (Klipot).In order to attain it, one needs to overcome them, and in order to do this, one needs to become smart, understanding, sensitive, and strong.
If you have the instruments (Kelim) to work with whatever is hiding inside the skin (Klipa), then you will be able to reach the fruit through it.
There were no impure forces, “skin” (Klipot), before Adam’s lapse from virtue. It is said that the entire tree tasted like apples! You could bite the trunk, and it was sweet like an apple, tasted just the same… This is a sign that it was impossible to discover a defective place that needs correction!
This is why Adam had to sin, to reveal the sin. After all, the sin already existed; we do not create anything new, but merely discovering the difference between “existence from absence” (Yesh Mi Ayin) and “existence from existence” (Yesh Mi Yesh), the creation and the Creator, to the extent of the full depth of the last, fourth level.
This is the difference between being an animal and being a man! This is the only thing that shows us the Klipot.
This is called “help against you.” Just think, someone is standing right across from you and constantly helps you with absolutely everything!

Strengthening The Nuclear Family


Question: Often a state is created in a family where one of the spouses, for example, the wife says: “I cannot stand my husband anymore, I am literally sick of him.” In a case like this, do we need to recommend the couple enter integral education, as this would be better than if they got divorced?
Answer: A stage of disappointment is a natural stage through which all of humanity passes. Therefore it is not necessary to pay attention to it. If we now direct the disappointed couple to a new goal, then they will quietly continue their existence with more correct and close cooperation.
They don’t need to separate at all. The moment one of the spouses sees in the other what he saw before that is beneficial, but spiritually beneficial, then certainly this union will be renewed with new intensity.
Question: How can we explain to people that they should not separate?
Answer: In general, I would not tell them that we insist upon the continued existence of their union at all; rather, I would suggest that they clarify once and for all if they are compatible with each other, whether it is worthwhile for them to divorce or do something else you can check so that both of them realize what is happening and will stop tormenting each other and that the decision is always in their hands. We only conduct aworkshop where all of this becomes clear.
That is, instead of their contending for many months, within an hour everything will become clear to them and after the workshop they will go out together in peace, already with completely different thoughts, with another intention; they will no longer intend to divorce.

Two Prayers: A Private Prayer And A Group Prayer


There are two types of prayer. The first prayer (MAN) is in order to be incorporated in the AHP of the upper, which is the group that is connected in one whole. GE of the lower are incorporated in the upper when I enter the group, as if in a womb, and it operates on me and provides me all the care that I need, making me feel that there is nothing that I lack.
There are systems that take care of me inside this womb. I don’t need to think about anything except for how to be absorbed inside this womb. The 3 days of conception are the main thing.
By my desire to be incorporated in the upper, I evoke it and force it to attain greatness. I turn to the whole group and thus understand that there is no way I can succeed by myself. So I evoke the group and call it: Let’s receive the Light, the force, the corrections from the Creator, that will be revealed in us. But He will be revealed in order to establish the connection between us and to develop this connection. It’s as if we operate our incubator, and I ask for it together with all the others.
The first MAN is my private prayer by which I am incorporated in the group. The secondMAN (prayer) is the general MAN, when we turn to the Creator as a group and the Creator already begins to reveal Himself. The response for the second MAN is immediate—MAD.

In A Stage Of Formation


Question: Very often people who come to the morning lesson, study very intensely, have a regular and normal family,  and believe they have no need to be involved with the integral method.
Answer: We are in a state of transition; all this is still being organized; it is in its infancy. In the meantime, a person is not ready to be involved simultaneously in his development, his family, and his work.
While he is locked into some kind of process, for example, in science, a person still cannot feel himself broad enough to be able to be involved with his family as well as the collective family, the whole of humanity.
The time will come when you need it. But if all of a person’s feelings and thoughts are centered first and foremost on the ordinary work necessary for existence, and then on the development of the integral method, he often will not have the energy or time to be involved with this in a family.

A Social Unit Which Focuses Everything


Question: What should the relationship be between the partners in an integral family?
Answer: Relationships in a family are determined by the goal we set in front of us. In the past when people were getting married their goal was a common household and physical love. Whereas, in the integral society they primarily will be looking for a similarity of properties between themselves: Do we really fit for uniting with each other in order to form the most successful unity—a family?
I am sure that people will be looking at one another based on these properties rather than physiological ones. Physical properties will certainly be taken into account as well because our world does not disappear. However, the basis for creating a family will become precisely an opportunity of the inner unity.
There will be a need for thinking about tests, problems, and the possibilities of researching each of the partners. This is very serious work because a family is the smallest and the most desired natural unit of society which focuses on everything: The connection of the material and spiritual worlds.
