Comment: There is a saying, “Do not borrow from each other and do not lend to a friend. Debt, like scissors, cuts the friendship.”

If you enter into some kind of monetary or debt relationship with each other, this breaks the connection between you and puts it on a material basis. You stop being friends.

 But in fact, I will turn to a friend instead of borrowing from a bank with interest. He is my close friend, I will borrow money from him for some time.

Live For The Sake Of Bestowal

 

Where is the guarantee that in the society of the future leaders will not take more for themselves than everyone is entitled to and will not destroy all good initiatives like it happened in the Soviet Union?

The future society is an open society in which there is no coercion, no dictatorship from above. Everything is managed only by friends. Therefore it is not possible that the same thing would happen as it did in Russia.

Kabbalists, who understand the processes taking place in society and are credible in the eyes of society, will be at the head of it.

The society of the future will strive to establish the same standard of living for everyone. There is no fear that one will work hard and the other will be lazy. Everyone will work as much as they can give to society and will find the right role for themselves.

In such a society, there will be no need to force people to work because a person will see that by investing in society, he is investing in the upper, future world, in the correction of his soul. Therefore, he will not need encouragement or punishment—he will welcome any opportunity to benefit society, feeling that this benefits himself personally. For him, there will be no difference between him and society.

The goal of the corrected society is to “love your neighbor as yourself.”

There will be no money in the future world, so then how can we measure how much effort a person has invested in society? How can we check this? We will reach a state where we will all feel ourselves inside a common system that connects us, and within it, we will see how much each of us has invested. Egoistic Partnership

 

Question: I recently received an email from someone who started a business with a friend over 30 years ago. He writes: “When we opened the business, we decided that each would complement the other: my partner gives ideas and I implement them, solve all issues. We divide everything 50 by 50.

“We worked like this for over 10 years until we made a lot of money. Then he demanded 80% of the total revenue for himself and justified everything by the fact that the ideas were his. Then I could not resist and said that all these years I had been supporting him, paying him for empty days when he was in thought, on vacation, depressed, etc.

“On this day, the principle of equality was violated and we became enemies. We didn’t speak for a month. And then it turned out that he sued me. Once closest friends, today we are ardent enemies.”

If we consider this situation through the prism of the integrality of nature, what could be the distribution of income and what is the equality between these partners? Is it correct that they originally split everything in half? After all, one of them later broke the contract.

Answer: The fact is that their partnership was purely egoistic, and therefore I have no idea how to solve this issue. I have nothing to do with this.

My job is to study completely different systems that complement each other and work on completely different principles where by giving to another you win.

If they understood the purpose of nature, then each would take as much as one needs to live normally and give all the excess to society. This is how the real profit would be measured. That is, the solution lies in a completely different plane.

Question: The saddest thing is that the process of educating these two businessmen could take decades. And what should they do before they come to the revelation of higher management? How should they share the profits? Are there any steps here?

Answer: I think that everything is much easier than you think. Let’s say that their wealth disappeared and there is a minimum left to exist. Now let them build relationships with each other. That’s all.

Answer: I am talking about the kind of faith when we sense the upper force, come into contact with it, exchange mutual reception and bestowal with it, and this is what we exist for.

The Only Motivation

 

Question: Many say most people are motivated to work by wages, some by career development, and some by a comfortable atmosphere in the company.

There is a proverb that tells of a traveler in the desert who meets a man rolling a heavy stone. The traveler asks him, “What are you doing?” He answers: “I work, I suffer.” Then the traveler meets another person doing the same thing. To his question, he replied: “I earn a living to support my family.” And the third said: “I’m building a temple.”

It is the same action, but the motivation is different for each one. What can be the highest motivation for a person? How would you motivate, let’s say, your employees?

Answer: Only by education. They need to understand that they are doing the most important job in the world. At every moment, they make such efforts that improve the world and raise the entire universe to the next degree of existence.

There is no work above this one because it brings the world to an integral state when each part interacts with all the others as one single whole. And the world more and more constitutes a single organism. Awareness of what we are doing is a necessary incentive for our proper development.

Payment Criteria

 

Question: How should salaries be distributed in an ideal society? Sages said that payment is measured by effort. But the effort is hidden from us. What are the criteria for payment for labor?

Answer: A person’s payment must consist of at least two parts: corporeal and social, spiritual.

We can calculate the corporeal part, taking into account how many children a person has, the conditions of living in each country, in each climate zone, and so on. In addition, here we must adhere to a general criterion so that it is in equilibrium with integral nature.

And the next level is the spiritual, psychological reward. In this case everything already depends on the contribution of a person, on his efforts, on his example for the good of society.

Question: And yet, if a person is a manager responsible for the lives of thousands of people, should he receive the same salary as his employee who is responsible for one specific action?

Answer: Why not? If a manager has everything he needs, why would he need more? What will he do with it? He will see by himself that he does not need it.

According To One’s Needs

 

Question: In 2020, it has been estimated that a third to one half of the world’s population, almost two billion people, are at risk of losing their jobs or switching to part-time employment. More and more people work from home today. On one hand, this has many advantages for both the employers and the employees. On the other hand, we have stopped wasting time on extraneous conversations, smoking, breaks, etc. But the most crucial thing is that when we stopped working in our workplaces, we lost our social contacts.

What do you think will replace the connections that people had at work?

Answer: I am very glad that these ties are dissipating because they were all egoistic built on the lack of the correct upbringing.

Comment: Accounting for working hours when working from home is quite problematic.

Answer: We don’t need any business hours! We need a person to work from the heart 24 hours a day. This would include one’s physical activity, walking, sleeping, and one’s relationship with their family so that everything altogether would make up their life. Why look at working hours? How many people today work needlessly or with minimal benefit, ostensibly demonstrating their positions are necessary?

Question: Do you think the pay should be based on the number of working hours or on the results?

Answer: Pay should be such as to allow a person to properly exist according to one’s necessities regardless of what one does, where one works, or what position one holds. Payment should be more or less the same for everyone, according to the individual needs of each person.

Question: How can an individual’s needs be determined?

Answer: In order to answer this, we must study people and create well-defined charts of their needs. This is the realm of social work that will involve a lot of people. Each person would make a list of what they need. Let’s say that you need to fill out a form of what you need for a day, a week, a month, and a year.

From such reports, we will understand what everyone needs, and we will learn what we need and what may be completely unnecessary to produce because it only depletes the Earth.

Find Yourself

 

Question: Recent research conducted by recruiting companies suggests that waiters, chefs, security guards, and cleaning personnel have been the most unused jobs during the pandemic.

Many people, literally hundreds of millions, felt that they could lose their profession overnight. Yesterday they had a professional job, but not today. What would you suggest? What profession should a person choose today?

Answer: I think that a person just needs to find him or herself. Finding yourself means constantly creating a more correct image of yourself, of what a person is. And professions will be needed, if at all, only for a small part of humanity.

We will come to a state when people will work a minimum number of hours a day, and they will engage in self-education for the rest of the time. They will take part in all kinds of educational programs and change themselves and society. This is the real work of a person.

Labor Is A Necessary Condition For Existence

 

Question: Wikipedia defines labor: “Work or labour is intentional activity people perform to support themselves, others, or the needs and wants of a wider community. Alternatively, work can be viewed as the human activity that contributes (along with other factors of production) towards the goods and services within an economy.^“

Sigmund Freud said “Love and work are the cornerstones of our humanness.” According to Marx, “Labour is, in the first place, a process in which both man and Nature participate, and in which man of his own accord starts, regulates, and controls the material re-actions between himself and Nature. He opposes himself to Nature as one of her own forces, setting in motion arms and legs, head and hands, the natural forces of his body, in order to appropriate Nature’s productions in a form adapted to his own wants.”

How would you define work?

Answer: It depends on what era we are talking about. But, in general, labor is a necessary condition for existence. Nature itself confirms this. If we do not need something, we are not drawn to it. Man engages in something that interests him. Therefore, labor is a necessity that forces a person to produce those products that he needs. But if there is no need for them, then he will happily not waste time on their production.

Question: If we consider this issue from the point of view of history, in the beginning labor was necessary simply to survive. Then people began to exploit each other’s labor and earn money. And then the essence of work changed. People themselves started to ask to work.

Today we live in a period when a person fully associates himself with work. Even more, his status is determined by where he works. How will the essence of work change in the future?

Answer: I think things are moving toward the fact that we can provide everything we need with very little effort and in a short time. We will not produce beyond what is necessary because eventually we will realize that this is killing us: personally, our society, and the planet on which we live.

Therefore, we need to limit producing surplus and produce only what is necessary, and that the necessary will be sufficient for us.

Will Connection Between People Change In The Future?

 

Question: Today the world has become more complex, and I can enjoy all the goods and services even through an egoistic connection. Will it change in the future?

Answer: The connection itself will change. It should not be coerced in order to make money from each other, but conscious in order to provide for each other.

Question: Let’s say that millions of people who produced coffee worked just to earn money. They were thinking not about me, but about their wages. Yet, I received this product.

You are saying that in the future our intention will change, what we are working for? What will happen? Will I feel this somehow when I drink coffee?

Answer: First of all, it is not about coffee. The earth can feed not only 8 billion, but 30 to 40 billion people. Moreover, feed them well. It can also dress them and provide them with shoes, and give everyone a normal home that they are accustomed to, give a system of education and upbringing for their children, and so on. We can provide ourselves with all this without any problems.

The problem is not to produce unnecessary things, not to deplete the Earth, and to work for the sake of making us all comfortable, good, and safe. This is what we must aim for, and in this we must invest tremendous internal forces, not physical, but moral.

Here we begin to bump into our egoism, which places us against each other and does not allow us to be kind to each other. Therefore, we need a common education, a common movement toward a common goal—to make from humanity an integral system.

Where Should I Invest My Money?

 

Question: Europeans save hundreds of billions of dollars in banks. According to statistics, France, Spain, Italy, and Germany have accumulated about 100 billion euros in savings in banks.

And besides that, even where people barely pull from paycheck to paycheck, where there are meager pensions, people still put money in savings. They don’t put it in a bank, but they put it in a cash box.

That is, people are beginning to save. They are either afraid of a second pandemic, or they don’t trust anyone, and they don’t know the future.

Here I am, a simple man—what can I save for a rainy day?

Answer: Keep saving money. You can’t take this away from a person. But that’s not all. You should understand that money will help you, and it’s good to have it. But in what circumstances will you live tomorrow for this money to help you? Let me draw you a little picture. I’ll clarify for you what you will face, and you can decide what to do. And then I tell the person what tomorrow will be like. Then let him decide what to do.

Tomorrow will be like this: Whether you want to or not, everything is built on a completely good connections between people. People become convinced that egoism is their enemy, and they can no longer exist in it. Otherwise, their oxygen is just blocked for them.

In other words, we do not experience any satisfaction or positive results in any of our activities. We have no choice but to be bound by good ties with one another.

Why Are We Doing Work We Hate?

 

Question: In our modern society, work takes a central place. It is interesting that 80% of people do not like their jobs. Rich And Poor

 

Question: After reading your books, I realized that you are not a socialist and you are not going to take property from the rich. But why would the rich start to pay scholarships for 80% of the population for their studies?

One person cannot have a billion while another does not have enough money until the end of the week to feed his family. This is a clear imbalance. Money Is The Equivalent Of Our Connection

 

Question: Money is the language of communication between people. Will the world exist without money in the future?

Answer: No. The concept of money will remain, but not in the sense of dollars or other pieces of paper, but in the form of an exchange of services between us: me to you and you to me.

This is not material money, but support, reciprocity, and a good attitude to each other. Money, from the words “kesef, kesuf, lehasot,” means covering, when I cover my egoistic inner core and relate to the other through an altruistic covering.

In other words, money is what I can pay for my egoism so that it turns into the quality of bestowal and connection.

Question: So money is the equivalent of our connection, which consists in the fact that I want to egoistically use other people, but I make efforts on myself, and cover my desire to use another person with them?

Answer: Yes. This is your good attitude over the evil attitude and it is called “money.”

Question: So it turns out that there will be no paper money?

Answer: I think that material money will be credited to each person and deducted from his account for a long time to come. But gradually it will begin to be replaced by shared connections.

What Determines The Transformation Of Society?

Question: How did the consumer society appear? After all, the desire to consume was created in people artificially through advertising, mass media, etc.

While in the past exploiters paid people so that they could survive, now they purposely pay more so that they can wander in malls. Surely this was done on purpose.

Answer: This is how man’s egoism was used. Now it has taken on other forms. People have changed. Today you can do somewhat different metamorphoses with them.

Remark: If the rich of this world have created this consumer society, then they themselves must change it.

My Comment: Those capitalists are gone. They are already different too.

Remark: But people who have billions today can create a new society you are talking about if they see benefit for themselves.

My Comment: I think it will not come from them. I do not expect anything good from people who hold on to their wealth and power. They cannot change because they were created that way.

Remark: It is difficult to understand how the transformation of society can take place, if not from the levers that authorities and the rich have.

My Comment: It comes from the inside. A man himself changes and changes society. Look at the new generation, how it differs from the past one. It will take a few more years, and all this will change anyway.

Question: Do you think that the economy changes because a man’s internal needs change?

Answer: The virus will help us. It will speed up this process.

If We Just Want to Live

The world has already gone through all the preparatory stages: the ultra-right regimes and the ultra-left and came to complete confusion and misunderstanding. Nobody knows what to do next, and here the direct path is revealed.

During the history of mankind, on the path of evolution, we were figuring out where to go: to the left or to the right. But in the end, we see that nothing remains, we are at a dead-end in terms of all areas: ecology, human society, education, our whole life.

We tried all the methods and made sure that there is not a single method or program left with which to go forward. There is nothing that would attract from the front or push from behind. It is not clear what to do.

Here the method of the science of the wisdom of Kabbalah is revealed, explaining to us that we are in the so-called last generation precisely because we have already experienced all the paths. We tried to use our egoism on both the right and the left sides, everything in an egoistic form.

We are immersed in our egoism, and we can either receive in it or give. But both of these actions, produced within egoism, lead to destruction: in the case of receiving—as in Nazi Germany, and with giving—as in communist Russia. We have already completely exhausted these egoistic forms, both right and left. There is nothing else that remains.

Now we only need to rise up to the second floor, to the what is called faith above knowledge, to the power of bestowal, instead of the power of receiving. We have already squeezed out this power of reception to the last trying to find ways of development. There is no way to develop further in egoism. There is nothing more to do on this egoistic plane; all attempts will lead us to new destruction.

Even if we do nothing, we have already done so much bad for our planet that we will inevitably continue to slide lower and lower even without adding anything to the damage. There are several decades left and life on this Earth will be finished.

Human egoism can be corrected only by the method of Kabbalah with the help of the power received from above, which raises us above our egoism. This is how we build the right connection between people. In Germany they wanted to do it their own way, in Russia in their own way: some on the right side, others on the left. Both attempts resulted in destruction.

Now the question is: what to do? To rise to the spiritual level, above egoism, and start working for the sake of bestowal—only this way remains for humanity. To rise to the spiritual level means to do everything for the good of the people.

We can no longer use our egoism. All people must understand, feel, and draw conclusions from their lives that the use of egoism destroys us at the inanimate, vegetative, and animate levels in the field of ecology, and at the human level in the sphere of society.

There is no other way out. If we simply want to live, then we can no longer swing either to the left or to the right, but must rise above our nature.
