Calculation In The Corrected Heart

The instruments with which we work in our world are our corporeal mind and heart that are in conflict with one another.Developing one, we seem to prevent ourselves from advancing the other. Usually, we can see a person’s tendencies already in their childhood: whether they are scientifically or artistically inclined. It can be accurately determined based on a person’s preferences and characteristics.

We say: “Don’t succumb to the feelings, use reason.” On the other hand, we add: “You don’t feel it yet; when you do, you will understand.” In other words, feelings help to acquire reason, in order to assess one’s feelings. After all, thought derives from sensation. And yet, our mind and feelings constantly argue.

As to the spiritual world, there, feeling and the mind are one. Sensation is the key since it begets a thought and helps in understanding and attaining one’s feelings. The real spiritual vessel is the unification of a feeling and the mind along the phases from 0 to 4. And when we reach the final one, phase 4, we get to understand what we are feeling in full and make decisions accordingly. At this point, the conflict between mind and heart no longer exists.

This points to an enormous difference between the corporeal and the spiritual worlds. This is why spiritual existence is called perfection. After all, there, a person doesn’t get torn into two opposite directions as in our world when he has feelings and lives at the mercy of his sensations, acting like a fool, as if he has no brain. His mind says it is wrong, while he still follows the heart.

Hence, reason and feeling in this world are out of balance, which makes us suffer and causes us to err and fail. The problem is that in our world, we cannot unify our mind and heart since our egoism stands between them.

Mindful egoism and sensual egoism oppose each other. It happens ever so often when we understand that our action is unreasonable from the mind’s point of view, while we still succumb to the heart since we desire to receive pleasure, and so we act and suffer for it afterwards. In fact, in the end, we have to pay the price according to the mindful calculation for all that we have done while listening to the heart.

And there is one single solution to it: correction of man since only in the spiritual world feeling and the mind become one—“above reason.” It is written: “The heart understands” because the understanding derives specifically from a spiritual sensation. And then we stop making mistakes and make a right calculation!

Join The Work

It’s high time for us to create the first version of our “declaration of intentions.” We will quote different scientists in it and explain humanity’s current affliction and the correction.

When I spoke about the crisis some five or seven years ago, no one agreed with me. Until recently, people laughed at “speculations” of that sort. A year ago it was “decided” that the crisis was over, but very soon it became clear it wasn’t true. The collapse continues, and even the US is beginning to sink.

And this is why we need to prepare a clear declaration of our world-view, to show that the essence of the affliction is human egoism, and the cure is unity and the mutual guarantee. Nature is forcing us to be together in one desire as it manifests itself in the current integrated reality.

We need to clearly spell out our steps along this path. We are building a proper society, starting with a small organization which expands more and more, turning into a giant world union, a very diverse one, but very united. This way we will cure ourselves of our affliction.

I’m asking all of our friends: If you have special skills or ideas, if you are able to express this message in writing, video clips, songs, art, and so on, please send us your work so that we’ll use the united force of the mutual guarantee to create the method.

Out of our love for humanity, we must try with all of our strength to present them with the remedy before the affliction fulminates. All of us need to work hard to help people understand what is happening.

It’s Not Good To Be Ignorant Of Your Illness

Suffering, sorrow, the level of the breaking has to become revealed. However, it can either become revealed directly as is, without any sweetening from the Light’s end, or it can come together with the realization of its necessity, when you wait for it like a sick person going to a doctor’s visit. Even though he may be afraid that he will be diagnosed with an illness, he still wishes to reveal it in order to receive the remedy.

Yet there are people who do not want to know about their illness, although that does not liberate them from their problems later on.

Therefore, we must always aspire in the right direction – toward unification and love, toward the understanding of the goal and plan of creation. By doing that, we enable the evil to become revealed faster! This means that “Israel accelerates the times,” meaning that I run forward before the rod catches up with me to hit me.

However, this is possible only by continuously receiving the importance of the goal and of revealing the evil. I call it evil purposefully, and not because I feel suffering in it. I don’t care how I feel. The most important thing is for the evil to become revealed in relation to the goodness that awaits me up ahead and is called bestowal, love.

If I reveal layers of egoism, suffering in this form, then I will go through all of its phases (0,1,2,3) until the last stage – 4, where I will understand that everything is built upon the revelation of the left side. After all, only by revealing our empty desires can we reveal the true reality, in which we already exist.

Reason And That Which Is Above It

The Light raises us to faith above reason. But to enter there, a higher, previously unknown dimension should be open within you, and that is why it is called the “salvation of the Creator.” And to the extent of that opening within, you first start to get the “reason,” “knowledge,”and understanding what “above reason” means.

These two concepts are revealed simultaneously. Prior to that, we are at the level of animal consciousness, as it is said: “Everyone is like a mortal animal.” But a “human” begins from this moment. A human being is the one who rises above reason. We get reason from nature, and “above reason” is what is higher.

The Creator is above reason. The one who gets this opportunity is called a “human,” Adam, meaning “similar to the Creator,” and the wider the gap is between reason and faith above reason, the higher is the level of man.

A person does not know in advance what faith above reason is. He has no control over its revelation: It is given from Above, as aid from the Creator. Although of course, this is a result of the person’s entire previous effort and requires completing them fully. But as to when this will happen, a person does not know.

He just feels that he advances: understands more, feels more, becomes smarter, can somehow control what is happening, and analyze it deeper. But he does not have a spiritual sensation, a new desire, in which he could understand and feel the Creator. And thus he advances until he reaches the starting, zero, point, and from it, slightly pushes forward, towards that higher dimension.

Keeping Ahead Of Nature

Our task is twofold: On one hand, we need to work on ourselves, but on the other, we need to help the rest of humanity. It is already feeling the crisis, and at the next phase we’ll need to unite with them so as to continue on the path together. In so doing, we will obviously lead the general movement because people simply don’t know how to reach the goal. We have to become like a “pulling force”: the part of humanity that carries it forward.

In order to lead others, we must first take care of ourselves. However, it’s important to remember that we would not have received the spiritual awakening if we didn’t need to correct the world and lead it. For this reason, we will not achieve success today if we only concern ourselves with our own advancement. We must worry about the whole of humanity, the whole world, so as to bring all people to unifying together into a single soulthat we once were. This is the reason we were awakened, and this must be our governingintention.

So how do we develop ourselves while setting the right path for the world at the same time? The general law of our work is that there is a single force called the “Light” or the “Creator,” which governs the world and influences it. This force determines and controls everything. In order to consciously blend in and integrate into its operation, we must wish for it to accelerate our development. Without this desire, it will develop us in accordance with the original program via powerful negative stimuli that drive the masses.

That is why our entire work amounts to demanding accelerated development and keeping ahead of the negative phenomena of nature’s original program. To this end, we must always understand that we stand before a single force that influences us. And we must compel it to exert a stronger, faster, and more effective influence, to literally “pull” it in the right direction.

It is like a son pulling a mother’s hand. But if he’s pulling in the wrong direction, nothing will come of it—they won’t go to the movies if he needs to go to kindergarten, just because he wants to. Similarly, we must always aspire in the right direction, wishing to locate this single force, the only force in existence. We want to study it, to learn how it operates and where it is aimed.

And that is why we demand for it to reveal itself since its actions will then become clear to us. Knowing all this, we demand for it to accelerate the pace of our development. Every time we “pull” it in the right direction, it’s like pulling our mother in the direction of the kindergarten with an even stronger desire and aspiration than her own.

The Law Of The Existence Of The Soul

The only way we can come closer to observing the principle of love thy neighbor is under the condition of mutual guarantee.And to reach it, we need to follow Kabbalists’ advice to the point; otherwise we won’t succeed.

Baal HaSulam writes in one of his letters that if a person even slightly deviates from the right path, the further he goes, the greater his deviation, mistake, becomes. It’s in this way that he completely deviates from the direction towards the goal, though he doesn’t feel that he has wandered from the path because he deviates from it a little bit at a time. But in the end, all these deviations add up and become one big, bitter mistake.

This is why the people who decide to go towards this goal must have an order, a charter. It is as Rabash writes: “We have gathered here to establish a society…” And the principle is for everyone to connect with the purpose of annulling oneself before the rest, above all the obstacles and disturbances that come from Above, the upper force, whether we see it or not.

Everything comes from Malchut of the world of Infinity where we are all connected: the Light and the vessel. All the desires and the Lights exist in the world of Infinity in absolute unity and adhesion, in the initial state created by the Creator, or the state of final correction (State 1 and State 3). However, we feel as if we exist in the intermediate state (State 2), either somewhere along the spiritual ladder or even beneath it, on its very last degree called “our world.”

This is why everything that happens to us comes from Malchut of the world of Infinity. That is the only place we must turn to for help—the form where we exist as one man with one heart, full of revelation of the Creator, the Light, according to our similarity to Him.

And the rule of “Love thy neighbor as thyself” is the law of existence of the collective soul which exists in the world of Infinity. This is why this law really is a “great, general rule” or, as Rabbi Akiva has said, a huge vessel for all the infinite Light that becomes revealed in it.
