Question: The starting and ending point of the spiritual path are predetermined. How is it possible to reach the endpoint?
Answer: The fact is that when we attain the wisdom of Kabbalah, we grasp it in our personal internal Kelim (instruments), and even though we are repeating the results of the scientists, the previous Kabbalists who already went through these experiments, we discover them in our own way.
Ultimately, they are identical, yet not identical because here enters the connection between the rigid experiment and psychological inner perception, and this is individual.
Thus, the understanding of a Kabbalist is simultaneously both objective and subjective.
Question: What is the difference between the concept of objectivity in the wisdom of Kabbalah and in conventional science?
Answer: A normal person perceives a scientific experiment outside of himself, on some material, for example, on a screen where he tracks what is happening.
And what the researcher sees, others also observe because all of this can be measured and compared. If it requires special training, it is possible to be taught, and completely the same image will be observed.
It is not important if your observation, of say of a certain glow, is slightly different from the observation of another person. You don’t take this into account.
In Kabbalah, the perception and the attainment happen within a person. And as each one of us is created from a different set of properties, our perception of the revealed field we discover for ourselves.
On the one hand, the gradations and characteristics of this field are identical for everyone; on the other hand, each one perceives them differently within himself. In addition, there is the further possibility to combine these perceptions to reach an even greater external and higher attainment.
