Being Filled With Love

Egoistic desires run the world. We try to absorb into ourselves as much as we can, and we see that these desires cannot be fulfilled. All attempts to satisfy them lead us towards death.

No matter how much we fill ourselves with all kinds of: food, sex, family joys, discoveries, knowledge, and so on, we still come to the fact that from them nothing remains. On the contrary, even greater emptiness comes and adds to the disappointment.

We think that the pleasure we will get is equal to the desire for it, but when the pleasure enters the desire, it grows twice as much and we are left doubly empty. This is because Light and desire cancel each other out leaving us with twice as much emptiness.

To this day this was how life has been for all of us. A person enters the world naked, and leaves life doubly naked. We go through a lot of incarnations until we begin to understand that it is not worthwhile for us to pursue anything; it gives nothing.

Gradually humanity is becoming aware of this, and we are beginning to search for the truth. It brings us to a method with whose help it is truly possible to be fulfilled. But this fulfillment doesn’t enter directly into the desire to receive; rather, it is realized through the fulfillment of others. So here love for others is vital, and so we have an infinite possibility for enjoying, while they enjoy themselves, we enjoy fulfilling those we love.

In our world there are examples of how this works on the instinctive animal level of nature, when we fulfill our children and those that we love. And in the spiritual world everything is much more powerful, because there we fulfill each other, not because we love someone from the start, but we give birth to love within us for absolute strangers and even people who repulse us. This love doesn’t just appear that way; rather, it comes with the help of the Upper Light. When a person obligates himself to serve others, he begins to give birth within himself to a feeling of love for them, because they become dear to him, like an adopted child in a family, because of their investment in him, the parents begin to love him even more than their biological children.

The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches us how to bestow to others and be fulfilled with this. But we are not talking about bestowing in order to receive. The main thing is receiving for the purpose of bestowal.

Then I fulfill myself and simultaneously fulfill others. My goal is to fulfill them! But ultimately the fulfillment remains within me. Here appears the “branching out” that is incomprehensible to us today, which a person gradually begins to attain when he is involved with the wisdom of Kabbalah.

World Conflicts And Their Solution, Part 4 – Seeing The True World

Comment: The present wars are removing “superfluous mouths,” and if this doesn’t happen, the population of the Earth will steadily grow.

Answer: There is not a problem in feeding these mouths. If everyone would comfortably begin to engage with spiritual development, then there won’t be “superfluous mouths.” There is a place for everyone under the sun! Moreover, each is desired. It all depends on the relationships between people.

In this case, no one will bother anyone, as if there weren’t anyone near me, because each one will be within himself and simultaneously in mutual agreement and understanding with others and with the Creator. And after that our world will totally disappear, now it is simply portrayed for us through our sensations, but the moment that we begin to elevate our feelings to the last level, to the degree of the elevation, this world will begin to gradually disappear; that is how this works.

Today physicists and psychologists are confirming what the wisdom of Kabbalah spoke about 5,000 years ago. Our world is a holographic image; it exists only in our sensations, in relation to us. In itself it is not like this, but that is how we perceive it. In itself, it is nothing, and it doesn’t exist. Forces exist that portray various pictures in us, like on a television screen. But these pictures that appear in relation to us and in front of us are simply forces. To perceive them, we have our own internal screen. And now instead of this screen it is necessary to create a new screen, and to see the true world on it.

World Conflicts And Their Solution, Part 3 – And In Spite Of It All There Is A Way Out!

On the background of the ongoing global conflicts, a big problem is appearing with Israel because everyone instinctively, inevitably points to us with a finger of blame. So, what can be done?

We simply need to explain to humanity what it has to come to, that there is only one solution here: unity. The world will begin to organize all kinds of boycotts against Israel until we feel ourselves in a besieged fortress from which it will be impossible to escape, with no where to run. They will stop trading with us. They will stop supplying us with goods and stop accepting our products as if we don’t exist. All the nations will join in this, and the Jews who live in those nations will support the boycott and become our worst enemies.

Everything depends on how much the people of Israel will understand what its unexpected salvation depends on. Moreover, this is not just salvation from the boycott, but from all of the futility of existence. Israel will be able to show everyone that there is apurpose to the world that is attained by going out to the next level of existence. We already have passed through the still, vegetative, and animate levels of development, and, even though we are now still on the animate level, the first signs of the next level, the human level (Adam, Edom l’Elyon,-  similar to the upper) are found in us, and we must get to it.

Here, we need to explain to the world the method for attaining the next level and realizing it practically because through our applying it to ourselves with the help of the entire world and by helping each other mutually, we can make Israel an example of the proper existence for all of humanity.

And humanity will happily accept this and understand that this is the solution to the problem, because a great demand for the role of the Jews and Israel in the world already exists. Implicitly this question lurks in every person, even if he has never felt it. And we need to reveal this to everyone. Only then will the world calm down.

I see all of this as a result of the worldwide boycott. Frankly, I am very happy that it has begun because it will arouse the people that everyone that has gathered against us; it will shake up the Jews all over the world. They will want to move away from us, not associate with us in any way, and we will remain isolated here.

Only the connection between us, which attracts the upper force to us, will change us. It will make us desirable in the eyes of the world, an example for all of humanity.

Through us, the world will see and understand its next state. Then, there will be no need to incite wars and annihilate people. There will be no need to try to invent a new economy to get out of the crisis. After all, the state that is seen in the world will be universal. We will begin to exist on the level of this world in the right way, and simultaneously we will go out to the upper world until we ascend into it completely, totally leaving our perishable body in our world, which also will disappear. The wisdom of Kabbalah talks about this, and, in fact, today we are on the threshold of this stage.

World Conflicts And Their Solution, Part 2

Question: Is there anyway out of the world’s conflicts?

Answer: There is no way out. The developed nations agree that people may kill each other, but not in their “garden,” somewhere further away, not in Europe, America, or Russia, but let’s say it is in the Middle East or in the Far East or Africa.

The challenge of Europe is to move the disputes and conflicts, their exacerbation and their so-called “solution” as far away from themselves as possible. The Americans feel and are trying to do the same thing; that is why they are heating up the military conflicts in Iraq, Yemen and other nations, so that instead of one world war, they arouse ten regional wars; that is how the world exists in the meantime.

Humanity constantly evolves, as it develops. It doesn’t build any long-term plans for itself, but designs everything so that tomorrow won’t be worse and that’s all. Those who manage the world understand how limited they are, and so what is important to them is not to get involved anywhere.

Ultimately, humanity will reach a situation where it will discover its absolute failure and will understand that it is inside the evolution of some forces of nature, that it doesn’t know how it is managed, and doesn’t know towards what they are heading.

In the past we agreed with this, and every day we tried to get along as well as we could. Whereas lately, we see how we have less and less influence on what is happening. There was a time when we thought that the Americans would run the world, but now they are coming down from the stage following the Europeans, the Russians, etc. This means that economic power doesn’t provide much in this case.

World Conflicts And Their Solution, Part 1 – What Is The World Looking For?

The world is looking for war. There is no other way it can get rid of the redundant mouths to feed or even mouths that are not redundant. This is the reason that the world welcomes wars. The Americans, for example, are proud that ten thousand ISIS members were killed in bombings in Syria in the last six months.

Military conflicts are started intentionally and we will see more and more of that in the future because of the sharp population growth and the need for a solution. This is the reason that humanity will aspire to annihilate as many as possible of those who simply take up space.

Europe is finally beginning to realize what a terrible mistake they made in allowing huge numbers of immigrants to enter its borders. How can this be corrected now? After all, we are not living in the Middle Ages now when people can simply be annihilated like on St. Bartholomew night. This is impossible!

The world is facing very serious problems and people are not looking for peace at all! Everyone realizes that something needs to be done, but it is impossible to solve anything in peaceful ways, and therefore we have no way of coping with the growing Islamic pressure on developed countries. This is the reason that the gradual overtaking of Europe, America, and Russia by Islam will continue. The only difference is that in Russia it will seep in through Tatarstan, Chechnya, and partly even though Turkey, while in Europe it will happen through North Africa and the Arab states. America will also be flooded by immigrants who will increase the mutual hatred through growing pressure. We see what is happening in the US now, what problems there are between the police and the blacks. This conflict is ignited on purpose. Humanity is not looking for peace. It realizes that it cannot exist that way.

Is There A God?

Question: Is there a God?

Answer: I don’t know what people mean when they say “God.” If by God we mean a force that controls everything, then that force isnature.

As we learn more about nature, we see that everything about it is rational, balanced, and works according to its laws. We know some of these laws, others we do not, and for this reason their essence is hidden from us. We believe in various miracles and actions that supposedly can affect our course of actions, and this is all because we lack knowledge. The science of Kabbalah offers the possibility of learning these laws.

Nature can be called God if we remember that it is an absolutely rigid force, which does not abide to any of our wishes. It is not like our parents to whom we can come and cry and they will have pity on us. Our tears will not help. It is a system that acts according to its precise laws. As it is written, “I gave a law, and I do not change it.”

According to the science of Kabbalah, the numerical value (Gematria) of the words “nature” and “God/Creator” are the same. Therefore, turning to the Creator is the same as turning to nature. However, it’s best to call this force nature because we immediately understand that we are talking about rigid laws and pleading to them will not help.

A person should know how to behave and correct himself in order for these laws to become benevolent for him. And if he does not use them correctly, then naturally he will receive a negative reaction, as with any physical laws.

Therefore, there is no God whom we can mollify or somehow appease!

The Ladder Of Desires

Question: Our desires keep growing. How can we turn them into a ladder on which we can only go up and feel the ascension?

Answer: There are two states in creation: absolute bestowal and absolute receiving. The distance between them is called a ladder and on every step of that ladder there are increasingly greater desires. As one ascends the ladder they take on the form of an increasingly greater intention to bestow. The desire itself is a desire to receive while the ladder determines the intention of in order to bestow. In fact, we have initially been created as individuals who think only about ourselves and who use all our desires in our own interests. Being unable to give anything, we can only receive from others.

But when using the wisdom of Kabbalah, we draw the special energy of bestowal, which begins to operate on our general egoistic desire and correct it layer by layer by adding the attribute of bestowal to the attribute of receiving. When the Upper Light operates and influences the desire to receive, it divides it into 125 levels of correction, forming a ladder called “Jacob’s ladder.” This is how we correct ourselves until we reach complete bestowal, thus changing the form of our entire huge ego into the attribute of receiving in order to bestow.

When we use the two major attributes of creation, the attribute of receiving and the attribute of bestowal, we reach equality with the Creator. At the same time we don’t disappear in Him because, on the one hand, our desire to receive is kept and only acquires an external form of bestowal, but on the other hand, receiving with the intention of in order to bestow makes us similar to the Creator. This means that externally we become like Him and internally we are made of the desire to receive. This is what the whole correction comes down to.

A Storm In The Soul

Question: On whom does success depend: is it the inner connection between us, the sufferings the world will go through, or our swiftdissemination?

Answer: Ten years of sufferings in the whole nation will not bring theUpper Light as close as one day of dissemination and a few mornings of lessons, even ten years of suffering in the whole nation! Because sufferings that comes from the side of the vessel are not clarified, are not calculated; it’s similar to an animal that howls from pain and does not know what to do.
People don’t have conscious connection with the Creator. Therefore, this cannot be compared to the lesson that sometimes awakens a prayer, a request, a yearning. This is quite so regarding dissemination, that is realizing what is lacking, which lacks only the intention in order to bestow. Therefore, dissemination is the means to the most efficient correction; the sufferings direct us. But the question is, what is all this suffering for? What are you suffering from?

Comment: I suffer because I feel bad.

Answer: This means, you suffer from the emptiness in the most corporeal and regular desires: food, family, money, honor, and knowledge. This is still in the regular way of sufferings. The Creator sends you troubles and you cry. He puts more pressure, and you cry louder, if he puts less pressure, you cry less. If He tickles you, you begin to laugh. All that is a direct action of the upper conduct, where is your correct reaction here? You must think not about your feelings inside the desire, but above it where you build your Rosh ha Partzuf (head of the Partzuf).

The group needs to permeate us with the spiritual deficiency, the need to exit the desire to receive and move to bestowal. If friends would start telling you now about impending danger, about a storm or a fierce storm that will blow everything, that it is on its way and will turn everything to a desert, you would become frantic with fear and worry. You would be full of fear because of that; so why can’t they transfer to you at least a tiny part of this worry regarding spirituality? They should do it.

But they are lazy. So you need to pay them, to do everything that is needed in the group. This way each one will help the other. But if you just wait for the deficiency for spirituality to be awakened in you and for it to become a directed yearning, this will never happen. Through the group you exit from the egoistic beastly point and immediately rise to the net of forces that is already spiritual. Even though it is not corrected, is egoistic, not for Her sake (Lo Lishma), it is already a net, and that is the main thing.

We do not receive enough pressure from the group; this is the whole problem. Another gathering of friends (Yeshivat Haverim) and another one, it’s only mechanical and it will not help. Rabash did not allow us to have more than one Yeshivat Haverim a week. Everything depends on a deeper penetration inward inside the dominion of intentions.
