What we feel is inside the body; however, it is possible to feel life within the soul. We must move from imperfection to perfection in order to feel more fully alive. Internal, conscious movement allows us to absorb other higher dimensions of life. By exiting and rising above oneself, one acquires a new concern for others and begins to desire to fulfill others. What gives beauty and magic to the upper world movement is the fact that it is unlimited. When we can feel what is outside of ourselves, we become spiritually free.
