The human being is like a volcano and erupts as a way of coping with growing internal pressure and imbalance. There is no reason to be violent toward others as we are all activated by the same upper force and can achieve balance with one another through this force. All troubles come to us to teach us that we need to connect with this upper providence. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches how to relate everything to this upper force that is the source of all balance and peace.
