Question: You said that when a bad thought comes to me, I shouldn’t resist it or reject it. So what should I do with it?
Answer: You have to work on it. Working on it means taking this thought with you all the way into the midst of the center of your ten, into the center of your small group, and making it disappear in your connection. Imagine you have a group where you unite as one whole, like soup cooking in a pot. When a thought comes, you throw it into this “soup” so that it completely dissolves in it.
The way it affects your group is the way it was meant to happen. The main thing is for the group to be ready to adapt this thought inside it, so that it dissolves in it completely. Then you will be able to see the right outcome of it.
Question: So, can I tell my friends in the group about this thought? Or is it enough to just think about it and it will be worked on inside the group?
Answer: You don’t have to tell them about it or you may choose to seek their advice. Gradually, based on your involvement in the group, you will see if you can consult your friends or if you still feel uncomfortable, etc…
