Summary
Introducing the integral approach to the workplace should be like automatic transmission: natural, soft, and gentle. No change can be made unless people are ready for it internally. More people are recognizing that humanity is undergoing a very special transformation as the global crises and bankruptcies continue. The integral approach will be presented as a means of healing efficiencies, profits, and human relationships. The safe, warm, and bright future picture that will be presented is one based on cooperation, equality, mutual support, and complementation. It is best to begin this integral education with managers and then gradually advance to the lower positions once staff start to feel uncomfortable with the differences between them. Organizations will need representatives who offer close and continuous guidance toward spiritual connection because the ego never goes on holiday. As staff feel a pleasant sense of harmony without pressures and conflicts, they will share lunches during break times, enjoy special treats, and eventually even plan fun family days.
