When You Feel Emptiness …

Question: What should you do when you feel deep emptiness in desires and you cannot get rid of restlessness because of that?

Answer: When I feel deep emptiness and I have nothing more at hand, I take the Preface to the Wisdom of Kabbalah or the Talmud Eser Sefirot that are written in a dry scientific language and begin to read, trying to understand what it says.

This brings me to a normal, serious level of perception of reality, perception of Kabbalah. From there, I slowly move to other materials, to articles by Baal HaSulam from the book Shamati (I Heard) and articles by Rabash.
