Does The Soul Remember Its Past Lives?

Question: Why doesn’t the soul remember the experiences of its past earthly lives?

Answer: The soul remembers everything perfectly well because its current state is determined by its previous states that it has already passed through.

Everything is absolutely deterministic. There is nothing that happens by chance.
